ՀՅԴ Հայաստանի երիտասարդական միության հայտարարությունը․

«Սիրելի՛ հայ երիտասարդություն,

Որպես միություն, որ հիմնադրվել է Արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի օրերին`իբրև ծնունդ ազգային երիտասարդություն պատրաստելու կարևորության գիտակցման, և որպես միություն, որ իր գործուն մասնակցությունն է բերել Ապրիլյան ու 44-օրյա պատերազմներին,

անընդունելի ենք համարում սահմանազատման անվան տակ

Հայաստանի հանրապետության տարածքների շարունակաբար հանձնումը:

Ներկայիս բարդ իրավիճակում այդ տարածքների հանձնումը վերջնականապես կոչնչացնի մեր երկրի անվտանգային համակարգը։

Մեզ համար վիճարկման առարկա չի կարող լինել շուրջ երեսուն տարի հայ զինվորի արյամբ գծված սահմանի Հայաստան լինելը. Հայաստանի հանրապետության սահմանը սկսվում և վերջանում է այնտեղ, որտեղ կանգնած է հայ զինվորը։

«Սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման» անվան տակ տեղի ունեցողը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան միակողմանի զիջումների ճանապարհով հարված մեր պետականությանը և, որ կամ նույնն է` դավաճանություն։

Որևէ իշխանություն չի կարող առանց ժողովրդի կամքը հաշվի առնելու, կեղծ խաղաղության հաստատման պատրվակով, թշնամուն նվիրել տասնամյակներ շարունակ հայ զինվորի արյան գնով պահված մեր պետության տարածքները` այդպիսով վտանգելով նույն այդ ժողովրդի կենսական իրավունքները։

Սիրելի՛ երիտասարդ, կա՛մ տեր կկանգնենք մեր երկրին այսօր, կա՛մ այս իշխանությունը վերջնականապես կոչնչացնի մեր հայրենիքում ապրելու և ապագա կերտելու բոլոր հնարավորություններ։

Կոչ ենք անում բոլորին համախմբվել Տավուշում ձևավորված ժողովրդական դիմադրության շուրջ, սա միայն Տավուշի կամ տավուշեցու հարցը չէ, սա Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի հարցն է։ Պետք է համախմբել բոլոր ուժերը, պայքարը դարձնել համահայկական և համազգային` պայքարին միաձուլելով երիտասարդական միտքն ու ոգին:

Համախմբումով կարող ենք կանգնեցնել կործանարար այս ընթացքը, խառնել թշնամու և նրա կամակատարների ծրագրերը և նորից վեր հառնել` իբրև արժանապատիվ ազգ և պետություն»։
