Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող մեր հայրենակիցների վերաբերյալ նամակներ եմ ուղարկել Մեծ Յոթնյակի երկրների դեսպաններին
 
Մեծ յոթնյակի երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հայտարարությամբ Ադրբեջանին ուղղված կոչը՝ լիովին կատարել միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքով ստանձնած պարտավորությունները և խրախուսել համապատասխան քայլերը՝ ապահովելու փախստականների և տեղահանվածների անվտանգ և կայուն վերադարձը իրենց տները, ցավոք անկնհայտ է, որ մնալու է հերթական չկատարված պարտավորությունը։
 
Ադրբեջանը վաղուց արհամարհում է բոլոր կոչերը, պահանջները, որոշումները՝ Հայաստանի, Արցախի և հայ ժողովրդի դեմ կատարված հանցագործությունների, չարաշահումների, ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ։
Սրա վառ ապացույցն է առնվազն 23 հայերի ապօրինի բանտարկումը Բաքվի բանտերում, որոնցից մի մասի՝ Արցախի ղեկավարության նկատմամբ նույնիսկ չի իրականացվում ապօրինի դատավարություն՝ հաստատելով, որ այդ մարդիկ գերի են՝ միջազգային բոլոր նորմերին համապատասխան։
 
Վաղուց ժամանակն է, Ադրբեջանի հետ խոսել պատժամիջոցների լեզվով, որը թերևս միակ հնարավոր գործիքն է ստիպելու կատարել միջազգային իրավունքով ստանձնած պարտավորությունները։
 
Կոչ ենք անում, պահանջել Ադրբեջանից անհապաղ ազատ արձակել բոլոր գերիներին և պահվող անձանց՝ հակառակ պարագայում սահմանելով ծայրահեղ խիստ պատժամիջոցներ։
