«Հայաստանը պարտվելու է: Նրանք ուզում են խաչմերուկ դառնալ։ Այո, նրանք այն անվանում են «աշխարհի խաչմերուկ»։ Բայց որպեսզի դառնան աշխարհի խաչմերուկը, նախ պետք է մեզ հետ պայմանավորվեն»:

Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ ելույթ ունենալով «COP29 և կանաչ տեսլականը Ադրբեջանի համար» թեմայով միջազգային ֆորումում։

«Որովհետև եթե Ադրբեջանը չհամաձայնի դրան, դա կլինի ընդամենը թղթի կտոր կամ հայտարարություն։ Առանց մեզ հետ պայմանավորվածության՝ սա բոլորովին անօգուտ է։ Ցավոք, նրանք փորձում են դա քննարկել տարածաշրջանից շատ, շատ հեռու գտնվող տարբեր երկրների հետ, բայց երբ բանը հասնում է դրան, նրանք չեն ցանկանում դա քննարկել մեզ հետ։

Մեր դիրքորոշումը շատ հստակ է՝ եռակողմ հռչակագիրը պետք է հարգվի, և ցամաքային Ադրբեջանից Հայաստանի տարածքով Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետություն ցամաքային մուտքը պետք է ապահովվի միջազգային վերահսկողության և անվտանգության մեխանիզմով։ Եթե հիմա ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով չեն ուզում, որ դա լինի ՌԴ սահմանապահ ծառայությունը, թող բացահայտ ասեն»,- ասել է Ալիևը:

Նա հայտարարել է, թե չնայած նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության տեքստում «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» տերմին չկա, բայց գրված է՝ Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև պետք է լինի տրանսպորտային կապ, որը վերահսկելու են ՌԴ սահմանապահ ուժերը, այդ փաստաթղթի տակ ստորագրել է ՀՀ վարչապետը։  

«Նրանք ստորագրել են, պետք է հարգեն իրենց ստորագրությունը»,- ընդգծել է Ալիևը:
