Ազգային հպարտության հանրային տրիբունալի շարժիչ մասն արդեն իսկ գործի է գցվել․ Արշակ Կարապետյան
POLITICS«Համահայկական ճակատ» կուսակցությունը ստեղծվելու պահին չափազանց ուշագրավ մի հայտարարություն արեց, որը լուրջ ցնցումներ է առաջացրել գործող իշխանությունների շրջանում։
Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանն առաջարկել էր Ազգային հպարտության հանրային տրբունալ ստեղծել, քանի որ Հայաստանում գործող դատական համակարգն ունակ չէ գնահատական տալ կոնկրետ երկրի ղեկավարի գործունեությանը։ Տրիբունալը, որպես ժամանակավոր հասարակական միավորում, պետք է ներառի հայ մեծերին, որոնք էլ Հայաստանին շրջապատող վտանգների, մեր պետության ներքին իրավիճակի համար պատասխանատվություն պիտի ստանձնեն և պատժեն գործող իշխանություններին իրենց դավաճանական քաղաքականության համար, ընդ որում տրիբունալի կազմում պետք է ընդգրկվեն ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլ նաև ողջ աշխարհից հայեր։
Որպես օրինակ Արշակ Կարապետյանը հիշեցրել էր «Նեմեսիս» գործողությունը և Սողոման Թեհլերյանին, երբ գերմանական դատարանն արդարացրել էր ազգային հերոսին։ «Քանի որ գործ ունենք հայի հետ և խոսում ենք հայի մասին, դեմ ենք հայի արյուն թափելուն, բայց անպայման պետք է պատժի ձև գտնել»,- նշել էր Կարապետյանը։
Դրանից հետո գործող իշխանությունների մեջ իսկական ցնցումներ էին սկսվել, փաշինյանական պատգամավորներն ու նրանց կցված քաղաքագետները արշավ էին սկսել հենց Արշակ Կարապետյանի դեմ։
Առաջիկայում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներն ավելի են ցնցելու իշխանության հիմքերը։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ գործընթացն արդեն բավական ակտիվ առաջ է ընթանում։ Տարբեր ոլորտներից անվանի հայեր ներգրավված են Ազգային հպարտության հանրային տրիբունալի աշխատանքներին։ Առաջիկայում լրջագույն միջոցառումներ են նախապատրաստում։ Տրիբունալի շարժիչ մասն արդեն իսկ գործի է գցվել և դրանում ներգրաված է սփյուռքից անվանի իրավաբաններ, զինվորականներ, պատմաբաններ։
Արշակ Կարապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ հենց նման հանրային տրիբունալն է, որ իրավունք և պատասխանատվություն կարող է ստանձնել պատժելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանն արհավիրք բերած փաշինյանական իշխանությանը։
Արդյունքում, առաջիկայում կրկին կլսենք գործող իշխանությունների վայնասունը, քանի որ, որքան մոտենում է նրանց իշխանազրկման պահը, այնքան ավելի հասկանում են, թե ինչի առջև են կանգնելու։
