Ռուս-թուրքական «օդային պատերազմ»․ ի՞նչ է պնդում Turkish Airlines-ը

Թուրքական Turkish Airlines ավիաընկերությունը, Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատան խնդրանքից գրեթե երկու ամիս անց, ռուսերենով հուշող գրողություն ներկայացրել Լատինական Ամերիկա մեկնող ուղևորների համար։ Ռուսական կողմը պահանջել է պարզաբանել կանոնները ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների՝ Ստամբուլից թռիչքների զանգվածային մերժման դեպքերից հետո։
Հուշող գրության մեջ թվարկվում են լրացուցիչ զննման միջոցառումները, որոնք կարող են կիրառվել այն ուղևորների համար, որոնց թռիչքները ժամանում են Վենեսուելա (Կարակասի օդանավակայան), Մեքսիկա (Մեքսիկա և Կանկուն), Կոլումբիա (Բոգոտա), Կուբա (Հավանա) և Բրազիլիա (Սան Պաուլո):
Այսպես, Մեխիկո քաղաք մեկնող ուղևորներին անհրաժեշտ է.
- տարանցիկ վիզա և ավիատոմս այլ չվերթի համար տարանցիկ թռիչքի ժամանակ.
- վճարովի հյուրանոց ճանապարհորդության ժամանակահատվածի համար.
- երկկողմանի տոմս, եթե թռիչքի ամսաթվերը վիզայի վավերականության ժամկետի մեջ են այն երկրների համար, որտեղ վիզա է պահանջվում:
Եթե այս կանոններից գոնե մեկը չկատարվի, ուղևորին կարող են թույլ չտալ թռիչք կատարել: Բոլոր կանոնները տեղադրված են Օդային տրանսպորտի միջազգային ասոցիացիայի (IATA) կայքում:
Մարտի սկզբին Turkish Airlines-ը ուղևորների համար լրացուցիչ պահանջներ հրապարակեց՝ ռուսերենով և բացատրություններով: Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատունը հայտնել է, որ չնայած դիվանագետների հրատապ պահանջներին, այդ պահանջները ռուսերեն չեն հրապարակվել։
Ուղևորների պահանջները թարմացնելուց հետո Turkish Airlines-ը թռիչքներից հեռացրել է Թուրքիայից Արգենտինա թռչող առնվազն 50 ռուս ուղևորի։ Բուենոս Այրեսում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատանը հայտնել են, որ խնդիրը կապված է թուրքական ավիափոխադրողի հետ։ Turkish Airlines-ում նոր կանոնները բացատրել են Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրներում ռուսներին ընդունելու կանոնների խստացմամբ։ Թուրքիայում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատունը ռուսներին խորհուրդ է տվել կապ հաստատել ավիաընկերության հետ՝ հարկ եղած դեպքում ավիափոխադրողին դատի տալու համար։
