Shamshyan.com-ը գրում է․ Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 24-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում: Ժամը 09:00-ից 09:30-նն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Նորատուս գյուղի տներից մեկում կրակոց է հնչել:
Ինչպես Գեղարքունիքի մարզից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Նորատուս են ժամանել ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչութայն պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանը, ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնի պետ Ռոբերտ Պետրոսյանը:
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Ալբերտ Մարտիրոսյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Իգոր Ղազարյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչներ Հրաչյա Գևորգյանի, Ներսիկ Գրիգորյանի և դասակի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Ալեքսանյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները գյուղի տներից մեկում՝ հյորասենյակում, հայտնաբերել են նույն տան բնակիչ 73-ամյա Բորիկ Հակոբյանի դին՝ գլխի մասում հրազենային վնասվածքով:
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սարգիս Մարգարյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Տեղում աշխատել են նաև Փորձաքրագիտական վարչության Արևելյան բաժնի փորձաքրեագետները, բաժնի պետ Դանիել Մոսիկյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները մահացածի մարմնի մոտ հայտնաբերել են «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ:
Դեպքի փաստով Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում «սպանություն» (ինքնասպանություն) հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Հաշվի առնելով դեպքի հանգամանքները՝ ժամանել է նաև Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազ Գագիկ Այվազյանը: Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ մահացած Բ. Հակոբյանի տղային՝ Գագիկ Հակոբյանին, 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին սպանել էին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում:
