Ինչպես սպիտակացնել ատամները տնային պայմաններում. ժողովրդական միջոցներ` դեղնությունից ազատվելու համար

Պետք չէ ամեն անգամ վազել ատամնաբույժի մոտ։ Ատամները սպիտակեցնել կարելի է նաև տնային պայմաններում։ Սակայն դրա համար պետք է ստանալ նաև ատամնաբույժի համաձայնությունը, քանի որ ոչ բոլորի դեպքում են այդ մեթոդները արդյունավետ։ Եթե դուք ունեք շատ զգայուն ատամներ կամ առաջնային ատամների վրա կան ատամնալիցքեր, ապա խորհուրդ չենք տալիս օգտագործել այս մեթոդները։
1. Ելակ. Ելակը պարունակում է խնձորային թթվի ֆերմենտներ, որը նպաստում է ատամների սպիտակեցմանը։ Կարելի է ելակը խառնել սովորական ալյուրի հետ և քսել ատամներին։ Այս մեթոդը լավ է միայն ամռանը։
2. Խնձորի քացախ. Ատամների սպիտակեցման հրաշալի մեթոդ։ Սակայն դրանով ատամները ողողել պետք է շաբաթական մեկ անգամ։
3. Դափնու տերև. Մանրացրեք տերևը կիտրոնի կամ նարինջի կեղևի հետ։ Ստացված զանգվածով կարելի է լվանալ ատամները։
4. Կոկոսի յուղ. Շատ հին մեթոդ է. քսեք կոկոսի յուղը անմիջապես ատամներին և 15 րոպե դրանով շփեք լինդերը։ Ապա ուղղակի թքեք յուղը և լվացեք ատամները սովորական ատամի մածուկով։
5. Բանան. Շփեք ատամները բանանի կեղևի ներսի կողմով 15 րոպե։ Երբ ատամները կպատվեն բանանի մածուկով, սպասեք 10 րոպե, իսկ հետո լվացեք ատամները սովորական ատամի մածուկով։
6. Ռեհանի տերևներ. ռեհանի տերևները ատամները սպիտակեցնելու բնական միջոց են։ Եթե ավելացնեք ռեհանի չորացված տերևներին մանանեխի յուղ, իսկ հետո դրանով շփեք ատամները, ապա դա կսպիտակեցնի և փայլ կհաղորդի
7. Սոդա. Ատամները սպիտակեցնելու ամենահայտնի մեթոդը. Ատամի մածուկի վրա մի փոքր սոդա ցանեք, կարող եք նաև ավելացնել մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութ։ Լվացեք դրանով ատամները, իսկ հետո ողողեք սառը ջրով։ Այն կառաջացնի տհաճ համային զգացում, բայց ունի հրաշալի էֆֆեկտ։
