Հավաքական Արևմուտքի երկրները Ռուսաստանին ռազմավարական պարտություն հասցնելու փորձերում ձգտում են ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում։ Տեղեկությունը նշված է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրության մեջ՝ «Հարավային Կովկասում ռուսական շահերի առաջխաղացման մասին» նախարարության կոլեգիայի նիստի արդյունքներով։
Սպուտնիկ Արմենիայի փոխանցմամբ, նիստը տեղի է ունեցել ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի նախագահությամբ:
«Շեշտվել է, որ Ռուսաստանին ռազմավարական պարտություն հասցնելու համար հավաքական Արևմուտքն Ուկրաինայից հետո ձգտում է ապակայունացնել իրավիճակը հետխորհրդային տարածքի այլ մասերում` ներառյալ Հարավային Կովկասը, խաթարել դաշնակցային և գործընկերային հարաբերությունները, որոնք կապում են Ռուսաստանը տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ, ոչնչացնել հավաքական անվտանգության և տնտեսական գործընկերության գործող մեխանիզմները», - հայտարարել է ԱԳՆ-ն:
Նշվում է, որ Ռուսաստանը ելնում է Հարավային Կովկասում կայունության, անվտանգության և բարեկեցության ապահովման առաջնահերթությունից, ի տարբերություն Արևմուտքի, որը առաջնորդվում է բացառապես իր շահերով:
ԱԳՆ-ն նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը կզարգացնի փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա հիմնված փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը տարածաշրջանի բոլոր պետությունների հետ, որոնց հետ ՌԴ-ին միավորում են ընդհանուր բազմադարյա պատմությունը, աշխարհագրական դիրքը և մարդկային սերտ շփումները:
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև ճանաչվում է Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների ամբողջական իրականացման ուղղությամբ ջանքերի շարունակման անհրաժեշտությունը, ներառյալ Բաքվի ու Երևանի միջև խաղաղության պայմանագրի համաձայնեցումը, տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակումն ու հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի դելիմիտացիան:
«Քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանի կապվածության և ինքնաբավության ամրապնդման խնդիրները՝ ի շահ դրա առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման, առաջին հերթին հենց տարածաշրջանների ուժերի կողմից՝ առանց արտաքին միջամտության»,- նշված է տեքստում:
Այս համատեքստում ընդգծվում է «3+3» խորհրդատվական տարածաշրջանային ձևաչափի (Ադրբեջան, Հայաստան, Վրաստան գումարած Իրան, Ռուսաստան, Թուրքիա) ներուժի օգտագործման հատուկ նշանակությունը: Այդ ուղղությամբ գործնական քայլեր են նախանշվել։
