Հայաստանի իշխանությունները երեկ հերթական ապօրինությունն են արել սփյուռքահայերի նկատմամբ։ Ֆրանսիայում հայտնի լրագրող Լեո Նիկոլյանին երեկ պարզապես արգելել են մուտք գործել Հայաստանի տարածք։

Բավական էքսցենտրիկ լրագրողը, որը հայտնի է իր սկանդալային հայտարարութոյւններով և լուրջ ազդեցություն ու հեղինակություն է վայելում ֆրանսահայ համայնքում, հայտարարել է, որ որևէ տեղ չի գնալու և հացադուլ է սկսում հենց օդանավակայանի տարածքում։

Նիկոլյանն, իհարկե, առաջին մարդը չէ, որին գործող իշխանություններն արգելում են մուտք գործել Հայաստանի տարածք։ Ավելի վաղ արգելքի էր հանդիպել նաև ֆրանսահայ հայտնի գործիչ Մուրադ Փափազյանը, ինչպես և Նիդեռլանդների ՀՅԴ երկու անդամներ՝ հայր և դուստր։ Հայաստանի դատարանները, ի տարբերություն գործող իշխանությունների, փոքր ինչ ավելի «պատվով» են գտնվել ու վերացրել նրանց մուտքի արգելքը։

Ըստ երևույթին, դատարանը նման որոշում կկայացնի նաև Լեո Նիկոլյանի նկատմամբ, բայց այն նստվածքը, որ Սփյուռքը զգում է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի գործողությունների հետևանքով, ծանր ազդեցություն է գործելու։

Մարդկանց, ըստ էության, արգելում են գալ իրենց հայրենիք զուտ այն պատճառով, որ համարձակվել են քննադատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա կողմնակիցների դավաճանական քաղաքականությունը, ընդ որում, այդ ամենն արվում է ապօրինաբար, առանց որևէ պարզաբանում տալու։
