Արևմուտքը փորձագետներ է ուղարկելու Հայաստան

Բրյուսելում ապրիլի 5-ին Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահի և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի եռակողմ հանդիպումից և համատեղ հայտարարությունից հետո նոր զարգացումներ են սպասվում։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ առաջիկայում Հայաստան է այցելելու արևմտյան փորձագետների մի պատվիրակություն՝ տեղում գնահատելու Հայաստանի կարիքները և անձամբ Արևմուտքին զեկուցելու, թե ինչ է հարկավոր անել։
Առաջին հերթին այդ փորձագետների թիրախում Հայաստանում գտնվող ռուսական ռազմակայանն է և այլ ռուսական ներկայացուցչություններ։ Մասնավորապես, Արևմուտքը շահագրգռված է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին գտնվող ռուսական դիտակետերը հեռացնելու, ինչպես և նախադրյալներ ստեղծելու Հայաստանից 102-րդ ռազմաբազան դուրս բերելու համար։
Ըստ էության, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պարզ և հստակ ակնարկել են, որ Հայաստանում ռուսական ռազմակայանի առկայության պայմաններում չեն կարողանալու անհրաժեշտ չափով ռազմական և քաղաքական օգնություն ցուցաբերել։ Հայաստանն իր կողմից պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկի ռուսական ռազմակայանից և ռուսական ներկայությունից ազատվելու համար։ Արցախից ռուս խաղաղապահների դուրսբերումը նոր լիցք է հաղորդել արևմտյան փորձագիտական և քաղաքական շրջանակներին, որոնք կարծում են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից և Ադրբեջանի տարածքից ռուս խաղաղապահների դուրս բերումից հետո Հարավկովկասյան վերջին երկիրը, որտեղ մնացել է ռուսական ներկայությունը՝ Հայաստանն է, և կան բոլոր նախադրյալները Հայաստանում ևս ռուսներից ազատվելու և վերջնականապես տարածաշրջանն Արևմուտքի, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ, Թուրքիայի հեգեմոնիայի տակ մտցնելու համար։
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ փորձագետների այցը գաղտնի է լինելու և չի լուսաբանվելու։ Նրանք նաև հանդիպումներ կունենան վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ՔՊ-ական այլ պաշտոնյաների, ինչպես և արևմտամետ փորձագետների ու քարոզիչների հետ։
