Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի փախստականների իրավապաշտպան միությունը պատասխանել է Ադրբեջանի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության, զարգացման և վերականգնման պետական ծառայության ղեկավար Սաբինա Հաջիևայի հայտարարությանը։

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի փախստականների իրավապաշտպան միության պատասխան հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. «Օրերս Ադրբեջանի մշակութային ժառանգության, պահպանության, զարգացման և վերականգնման պետական ծառայության ղեկավար Սաբինա Հաջիևան հայտարարել է, որ պետական մակարդակով ձեռնարկվելու են քայլեր՝ կապված «Դադիվանքում հայերի կողմից իրականացված վանդալիզմի հետ»։ Այսպիսով Ադրբեջանը կրկին փորձ է անում փաստերի պարզունակ խեղաթյուրմամբ հարցականի տակ դնել հայկական բազմադարյա ներկայությունը։ Սակայն մեծ հարց է, թե ինչպես է Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում հերքել Խաչենի ավագ իշխան Հասան Վախթանգյանի 1182 թ. հայտնի խաչքարի արձանագրությունը, Հասան Վախթանգյանի որդի Վախթանգի կնոջ արձանագրությունը, որոնք Դադիվանքի կառուցման, պատմաշրջանի ռազմաքաղաքական իրադարձությունների մասին պատմող վկաներն են։

Այս քարե վկայությունների հաղորդած տեղեկությունների խեղման միակ միջոցը դրանց ուղղակի ոչնչացումն է, ինչը բնավ խորթ չի լինի ադրբեջանական սանձարձակ վանդալիզմին։

Ադրբեջանն արդեն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում անարգել իրականացնում է հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացում։ Դրա վառ ապացույցն է 2020թ 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և պատերազմից հետո երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով աճող՝ հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգության յուրացման և ոչնչացման ադրբեջանական պետական քաղաքականությունը, որի արդյունքում մի շարք հայկական հոգևոր-մշակութային կոթողներ, ինչպիսիք են Շուշիի Ղազանչեցոց եկեղեցին, Մատաղիսի Սբ Եղիշա եկեղեցին, Ստեփանակերտի Հեքիմյան թաղամասում գտնվող Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցին, Մեխակավանի հայկական Սուրբ Մարիամ Աստվածածին եկեղեցին, Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ եկեղեցին (Կանաչ Ժամ), Քարվաճառի Ծար գյուղի եկեղեցիները և մի շարք այլ հոգևոր-մշակութային կոթողներ դարձել են ադրբեջանական վանդալիզիմի զոհ։ Դրա արտահայտությունն է ոչ միայն հայկական հոգևոր-ազգային հուշարձանների ֆիզիկական ոչնչացումը, այլև դրանց պատմական և բովանդակային ձևախեղումը, որն արտահայտվում է հայկական հուշարձանների ալբանացման քաղաքականությամբ։

Սա երկրամասում «ադրբեջանականության» բնիկացման հուսահատ, սակայն լայնամասշտաբ և պետականահեն մոտեցում է, որը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ դատապարտվել է միջազգային հանրության կողմից։

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի փախստականների իրավապաշտպան միությունը, հանձն առնելով բնիկ արցախցիների քաղաքական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական, մշակութային իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, քաղաքակիրթ հանրության ուշադրությունն է հրավիրում տասնամյակներ շարունակ Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարածաշրջանի պատմական, մշակութային ողջ ընթացքը բացեիբաց նենգապղծելու հանգամանքներին և խստորեն դատապարտում սեփական վանդալիզմները քողարկելու պատրվակով հնչեցրած հայելային մեղադրանքները, որոնք որևէ առնչություն չունեն իրականության հետ։
