Լրագրողի դիմումը ընդունվել է վարույթ, որոշումը կկայացվի փետրվարի 1-ին

Past.am-ի լրագրող Լիլիթ Լալայանի դիմումն ընդդեմ ԱԺ 7 պատգամավորների ԱԺ էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի կողմից վարույթ է ընդունվել: Այդ մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահան Բաբայանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ մեր լրագրողը խնդրել է քննել Սպարտակ Մելիքյանի, Համլետ Հարությունյանի, Բազմասեր Առաքելյանի, Կարեն Սարիբեկյանի, Սեյրան Սարոյանի, Առաքել Մովսիսյանի եւ Արշակ Մխիթարյանի կողմից ԱԺ կանոնակարգ-օրենքի 6.1 հոդվածով նախատեսված էթիկայի կանոնները խախտելու հարցը եւ կայացնել համապատասխան որոշում: Պատգամավորներն ԱԺ նիստերի ընթացքում քվեարկել են բացակա գործընկերների փոխարեն:
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահան Բաբայանն ասաց, որ արդեն իսկ բոլոր փաստերը ներկայացված էին եւ հանձնաժողովը որեւէ հիմք չուներ մերժելու այն: «Կանոնակարգ օրենքում գրված է, որ պատգամավորը քվեարկում է ինքնուրույն: Քանի որ կա փաստ, որ պատգամավորները քվեարկել են ոչ իրենց փոխարեն, ավտոմատ ընդունվում է վարույթ»,- ասաց Վահան Բաբայանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ հանձնաժողովը որոշում կկայացնի փետրվարի 1-ին:
Նկատենք, որ վերջինս հանձնաժողովի նախագահ է նշանակվել այն բանից հետո, երբ հանձնաժողովի նախկին նախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը նշանակվեց արդարադատության նախարար: Հովհաննիսյանի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում հանձնաժողովը քննարկել էր միայն մեկ դիմումի հարց, որը չէր ընդունվել վարույթ: Կարճ ժամանակահատվածում էթիկայի հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Վահան Բաբայանի օրոք հանձնաժողովն ստացել է 3 դիմում՝ ցուցաբերելով աննախադեպ ակտիվություն:
