Iz.ru–ն «Հեռանալու բեռը. ինչո՞ւ են ռուս խաղաղապահները հեռանում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանը սկսել է իր խաղաղապահների դուրսբերումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից, այդ մասին տեղեկությունը ապրիլի 17-ին հաստատել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Խաղաղապահների հիմնական նպատակը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հրադադարի պահպանումն էր, և չնայած քննադատություններին, մեծ հաշվով նրանց հաջողվեց հաղթահարել դա, նշել է Տնտեսագիտական բարձրագույն դպրոցի Միջերկրածովյան հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի վերլուծաբան Տիգրան Մելոյանը «iz.ru»-ի հետ զրույցում։ Միաժամանակ, փորձագետը խոստովանել է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահների որոշակի մասը դեռ կմնա Ղարաբաղում։

«Համենայն դեպս, այս գաղափարը պայմանավորված է այս տարվա ապրիլի սկզբին Ադրբեջանի հակաականային գործակալությունում ռուս սակրավորների և սարքավորումների հավատարմագրմամբ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ այնտեղ չպայթած ականներից ու արկերից տարածքը մաքրելու աշխատանքները տարիներ կպահանջեն»,- նշել է նա։ Քաղաքագետ, Արևել յան Եվրոպայի հարցերով փորձագետ Կիրիլ Ավերյանովը տրամաբանական է համարում ռուս խաղաղապահների հեռանալը Լաչինի միջանցքից, քանի որ այն այժմ գտնվում է Բաքվի վերահսկողության տակ։ Միաժամանակ նա կարծում է, որ ապագայում Հայաստանը Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների սրման դեպքում կարող է կրկին Ռուսաստանի աջակցության կարիքը ունենալ։

«Կարծում եմ, որ չնայած խաղաղապահների դուրսբերմանը, Ռուսաստանը կմնա Հարավային Կովկասում՝ որպես իրավիճակի գլխավոր մոդերատոր, և միանգամայն հնարավոր է, որ մոտ ապագայում այդ տարածաշրջանում մենք կրկին տեսնենք ռուս խաղաղապահների ։ Մասնավորապես, նրանք կարող են տեղակայվել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ընդհանուր ճանաչված սահմանի երկայնքով, որտեղ վերջերս կրակոցներ են լսվել»,- ասել է փորձագետը։ Բայց, որպեսզի դա տեղի ունենա, Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը պետք է փոխի իր՝ վերջին շրջանում որդեգրած արևմտամետ կուրսը և գիտակցի, որ Հայաստանի միակ իրական պաշտպանը կարող է լինել միայն Ռուսաստանը, այլ ոչ թե ԵՄ-ն ու ՆԱՏՕ-ն, եզրափակել է քաղաքագետը։

Տիգրան Մելոյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը 2020 թվականից անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության նոր գործընկերներ է փնտրում։ Ամենաակտիվը Հնդկաստանն ու Ֆրանսիան են, որոնք Երևանին զենք են մատակարարում։ «2023 թվականին Հնդկաստանը դարձավ Հայաստանին սպառազինության հիմնական մատակարարը՝ ըստ էության, այդ հարցում փոխարինելով Ռուսաստանին,- ասել է փորձագետը,- Ֆրանսիան ունի հատուկ առաքելություն, Հայաստանը նրան է տեսնում որպես «փրկիչ», դա կարելի է բացատրել նրանով, որ հայերը «հիասթափվել» են Մոսկվայից։ Իսկ ընդհանրապես, Ռուսաստանը Իրանի հետ միասին ստիպված է լինելու դիմակայել մեծ թվով նոր մարտահրավերների անդրկովկասյան ուղղությամբ»:
