«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երբ մի քանի տարի առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հարցնում էին, թե՝ «բա կոռուպցիան...», անմիջապես վրա էր բերում, թե՝ «...արմատախի՜լ ենք արել, միանշանակ ու աներկբա»: Այս վերջերս արդեն ավելի մեղմ է արձագանքում: Օրինակ՝ ասում է, թե՝ «...հա, դե կա, բայց համակարգային չի»: Դե, նույնիսկ բնական է. բա հո չէին ասելու՝ մենք վերից վար կոռումպացված ենք: Բայց թողնենք իշխանություններին իրենց ինքնագովության և ինքնագոհության հետ ու արձանագրենք, որ նույնիսկ արևմտյան Freedom House-ն է նկատում, թե ինչքան վատ է վիճակը նաև այս առումով:
Այսպես, իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունը ուշադրություն է դարձնում լրագրողական հետաքննությունների ընթացքում բացահայտված հետևյալ իրողությունների վրա. պաշտոնյաների կողմից արտոնյալ գներով անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերում, պետական հողերի ձեռքբերում, պետական ծառայողների կասկածելի մեծ ակտիվների պաշտոնական ստուգման բացակայություն, պետ ա կան գնում ն ե րի պրակ տ ի կ ա ՝ առանց հանրային մրցույթների անցկացման կասկածելի համբավ ունեցող կամ իշխանությունների հետ կապված կազմակերպություններից, նաև անօրինական գործունեությամբ զբաղվող ձեռնարկություններից...
Տպավորիչ է, չէ՞:
Հապա այս կտո՞րը. «Իշխող կուսակցության քաղաքական գործիչների հետ փոխկապակցված ընկերություններին պետական մրցույթներ տրամադրելու պրակտիկան շարունակվում է, և հետաքննող լրագրողները նշում են խոշոր ձեռնարկությունների և բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների միջև սերտ հարաբերությունների հետ կապված ռիսկերը»: Ու ի՞նչ, ո՞վ կհավատա, որ այս ամենը համակարգային բնույթ չի կրում: Էլ համակարգայինը պոզով-պոչով է լինո՞ւմ: Այստեղ հաջորդ էական խնդիրն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա կառավարության, նրա ՔՊ-ի այդքան սիրելի (ժամանակին), նրանց սրտի Freedom House -ն է ասում, որ կոռուպցիա ոչ միայն կա, այլև դա շատ լուրջ, էական չափեր է ստացել:
Այսինքն, այս իշխանությունը, Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, այն կետին է հասցրել, որ նույնիսկ իրենց սիրելի Արևմուտքը չի կամենում թաքցնել նրանց կոռումպացվածությունը, որքան էլ որ Հայաստանի գլխին բերված այս, կներեք, կառավարությունը նրանց համար յուրային համարվի:
