ՀՀ քաղաքացի Էդուարդ Ա․-ն, հանդիսանալով նախկին կնոջ՝ Աիդա Ք․-ի դստեր՝ իր հետ համատեղ բնակվող, անչափահաս Է․Դ․-ի խորթ հայրը, ծեծել է վերջինիս, չի կատարել իր նկատմամբ կիրառված անհետաձգելի միջամտության վերաբերյալ որոշումը, հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք է պատճառել իրենից կախվածության մեջ գտնվող նախկին կնոջը՝ Աիդա Ք․-ին, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել և պահել ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող թվով 9 փամփուշտներ։
Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Աիդա Ք․-ն, ունենալով մեկ երեխա և լինելով ամուսնալուծված, 2020 թվականին ծանոթացել է Էդուարդ Ա․-ի հետ, մտերմացել, ապա 2021 թվականի մայիսի 21-ից, որպես փաստացի ամուսիններ մինչև 2023 թվականի հունվարի 17-ը վարձակալական հիմունքներով համատեղ բնակվել են տարբեր տներում։ Էդուրադ Ա․-ն, լինելով անչափահասն Է․Դ-ի խորթ հայրը, 2022 թվականի մայիս-հուլիս ամիսներին՝ պարբերաբար բարկացել է վերջինիս վրա, բղավել և դիտավորությամբ ֆիզիկական ներգործության է ենթարկել վերջինիս, այն է՝ ապտակների ձևով հարվածներ է հասցրել երեխայի դեմքին կատարել է այլ բռնի գործողություններ՝ քաշել է մազերից, ձեռքից, ու վերջինիս պատճառել է ֆիզիկական ցավ։
Էդուարդ Ա․-ն, 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ից մինչև հունիսի 21-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում պարբերաբար, այդ թվում՝ WhatsApp բջջային հավելվածի, տեսակապի, ինչպես նաև՝ հեռախոսազանգերի միջոցով իր նախկին կնոջ՝ Աիդա Ք․-ի և վերջինիս անչափահաս դստեր հասցեին հնչեցրել է սպանության, սեռական ազատության և անձեռնմխելիության, առևանգելու սպառնալիքներ, սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ, պարբերաբար նվաստացրել է Աիդա Ք․-ի և Է.Դ․-ի պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը, իսկ մինչ այդ, պարբերաբար բռնություն է գործադրել վերջիններիս նկատմամբ։
Ամբաստանյալը իրենից կախվածության մեջ գցելու նպատակով նախկին կնոջը հայտնել է, որ տեսաձայնագրել է վերջինիս հետ ունեցած սեռական հարաբերությունները և դրանք սոցիալական ցանցերում, ինչպես նաև Աիդա Ք․-ի հարազատների շրջանում տարածելու սպառնալիքով, ստիպել է նրան շարունակել իր հետ շփվել։ Վերը նշված՝ շարունակական բռնությունները և սպառնալիքները, իր և իր դստեր կյանքին, անվտանգության կորստին սպառնացող վախի զգացումը, Աիդա Ք․-ի մոտ դինամիկ կերպով ձևավորել են սթրեսային, լարված հոգեվիճակ, դրանց արդյունքում Աիդա Ք․-ին դիտավորությամբ պատճառել է հոգեկան ուժեղ տառապանք։
Էդուարդ Ա․-ի նկատմամաբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։ Մեղադրյալի փաստաբանը ներկայացրել է միջնորդություն՝ խափանման միջոցը փոփոխելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն դատարանն այն մերժել է։
Գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Տաթևիկ Գրիգորյանին, այն Երևանի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան է ստացվել ապրիլի 5-ին։
