Մահվան ելքով վրաերթ՝ Երևանում․ փախուստի դիմած 29-ամյա վարորդը և ավտոմեքենան հայտնաբերվել են

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, քննչական խումբը ստեղծվել է ապրիլի 15-ին, Երևանի բնակիչ 51-ամյա Կարինե Մելքոնյանին մահվան ելքով վրաերթի ենթարկելու փաստով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում։
Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 19։00-ի սահմաններում Մալխասյանց թիվ 1 հասցեի դիմացի հատվածում անհայտ մակնիշի և համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը վրաերթի էր ենթարկել Կ․ Մելքոնյանին, նրան թողնելով անօգնական վիճակում, դեպքի վայրից դիմել էր փախուստի։
Կ․ Մելքոնյանը ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել էր «Երևան» բժշկագիտական կենտրոն, որտեղ էլ գիտակցության չգալով մահացել էր։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով քննչական կոմիտեի ՃՏՀ քննության բաժնի քննիչներին հաջողվում է 2 օր հսկայածավալ աշխատանքի արդյունքում պարզել վրաերթ կատարած ավտոմեքենայի մակնիշը, համարանիշը և այն վարած վարորդի ինքնությունը։
Քննիչները տեղեկանում են, թե որտեղ է գտնվում կասկածյալը, ով Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի է, հաշվառված Երևան քաղաքում, սակայն բնակվում է Կոտայքի մարզում։
Քննիչներին հաջողվում է հայտնաբերել և՛ ավտոմեքենան, և՛ վարորդին։
Ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվում է ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք, իսկ վարորդը, 29-ամյա Արտյոմ Առաքելյանը ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչ Գ․ Գալստյանի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվում է։
