Լրագրողների եվրոպական ֆեդերացիան (EFJ) միացել է Հայաստանում իր մասնաճյուղին՝ Հայաստանի ժուռնալիստների միությանը (UJA)՝ դատապարտելով իշխանությունների կողմից քրեական օրենսդրության չարաշահումը մամուլի և խոսքի ազատությունը ճնշելու համար։
EFJ-ը և UJA-ն պահանջում են անհապաղ ազատ արձակել «Իմնեմնիմի» փոդքասթի համահեղինակներ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանին և Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանին, ովքեր ազատազրկվել են վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին քննադատելու համար։
«Իմնեմնիմիի» հաղորդավարներ Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանի և Նարեկ Սամսոնյանի նկատմամբ մարտի 22-ին խուլիգանության մեղադրանքով երկամսյա կալանքի խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել։ Եթե վերջիններս մեղավոր ճանաչվեն, նրանց կարող է սպառնալ մինչև հինգ տարի ազատազրկում:
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարություն է տարածել, որ Սաղաթելյանն ու Սամսոնյանը, ով AntiFake.am լրատվամիջոցի հիմնադիրն է, խուլիգանություն են կատարել՝ «բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով և Փաշինյանին և նրա աշխատակազմին հայհոյելով»։ Կոմիտեն՝ որպես նրանց ձերբակալության պատճառ, նշել է մարտի 20-ին YouTube-ում հեռարձակված մի դրվագ՝ Խորհրդարանի նիստի մասին: Նրանց հաջորդ օրը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով։
AntiFake.am-ը հրապարակել է մարտի 22-ի առավոտյան Սամսոնյանի դաժան ձերբակալության կադրերը։ Տեսանյութում երևում է, թե ինչպես են մի խումբ ոստիկաններ հարվածում մի տղամարդու և նրան հրելով գցում՝ դեմքով գետնին:
Նույն օրն ավելի ուշ ձերբակալվել է նաև «Իմնեմնիմի» փոդքասթի երկրորդ հաղորդավար Վազգեն Սաղաթելյանը։ Նրանք կալանավորվել են 2 ամսով:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը խստացնում է խոսքի ազատության սահմանափակումները։ Ծանր վիրավորանքը քրեականացնելու փորձից հետո իշխանություններն օգտագործում են խուլիգանությունը պատժող իրավանորմերը՝ պատժելու ընդդիմախոսներին և լրագրողներին։ Ըստ UJA-ի՝ «Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալների թիվն օրեցօր ավելանում է»։
«Եթե անգամ Սամսոնյանն ու Սաղաթելյանն իրենց փոդքասթում կոպիտ արտահայտություններ են օգտագործել, դա ոչ մի կերպ չի արդարացնում ոստիկանության դաժանությունն ու ձերբակալումը»,- ասաց ՀԺՄ նախագահ Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանը,-նրանք ոչ թե բռնություն էին հրահրում, այլ պարզապես իրենց կարծիքն էին արտահայտում։ Այս իրադարձությունները խուլիգանության հետ նույնացնելը ցույց է տալիս, թե որքանով են իշխանությունները չարաշահում օրենքը»։
«Մենք կոչ ենք անում Եվրոպայի խորհրդին և ԵԱՀԿ-ին՝ դատապարտել խոսքի ազատության ճնշումը Հայաստանում»,- ավելացրեց EFJ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ռիկարդո Գուտիերեսը:
«Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է ազատ արձակեն իրենց կարծիքն արտահայտելու համար բանտարկված քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին և լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներին։ Մենք նրանց համարում ենք քաղբանտարկյալներ և պահանջում ենք նրանց անհապաղ ազատ արձակումը»,- ասել է EFJ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը։
