Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է  քաղաքացու կամ զինծառայողի պիտանիության աստիճանը որոշող հիվանդությունների ցանկում մի շարք հիվանդությունների արտահայտման վիճակները ճանաչել զինվորական ծառայության համար սահմանափակմամբ պիտանի, ինչպես նաև հստակեցնել այդպիսի առողջական վիճակին հակացուցված զինվորական ծառայության պայմանները։

Կառավարության ապրիլի 18-ի հերթական նիստին նախագիծը ներկայացրեց Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը։

«Խոսքը վերաբերվում է առանց կլինիկական դրսևորումների և ախտաբանական փոփոխությունների կիստաներ ունեցող կամ առանց վարքային խանգարումների մանկավարժական բարձիթողի վիճակ և ուսուցանման և գրագիտության հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեցող անձանց զինվորական ծառայությունը ոչ պիտանի ճանաչվելու, ինչպես նաև ուռոլոգիական և նյարդաբանական համակարգի հիվանդությունների առանց ախտանիշների հաստատված գիշերամիզություն ունեցող պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայողների զորացրման դեպքերին։

Վերը նշված հիվանդությունների դրսևորման համապատասխան վիճակներն առաջարկվում է ճանաչել սահմանափակումներով պիտանի զինվորական ծառայության համար, ինչպես նաև սահմանվում են զինվորական ծառայության սահմանափակումները, որոնց շրջանակներում կիստաների առկայությամբ սահմանափակումները նախատեսվելու են զորամասի բժշկի կողմից, գիշերամիզություն հիվանդությամբ ծառայությունը շարունակվելու է օրվա հեշտացված կարգավիճակով, իսկ առանց վարքային խանգարումների մանկավարժական բարձիթողի վիճակ ունեցող զինծառայողները չեն ընդգրկվում մարտական հերթապահության մեջ, նրանց արգելվում է տրանսպորտային միջոցներ և տեխնիկա վարելն ու անձնակազմ ղեկավարելը»,- ասաց Պապիկյանը։

Նախարարը նշեց, որ գիշերամիզություն հիվանդությամբ այսօր էլ զորակոչվում են բանակ, սակայն խնդիրը հետագայում ծառայությունից ազատվելու մասին է։

«Վիճակագրական տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ նկատվում է վերոնշյալ հիվանդություններով ազատումների դեպքերի պրոգրեսիվ դինամիկա։ Խոսքն անգամներով աճի մասին է»,- եզրափակեց Պապիկյանը։
