Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ երկրորդ անգամ է մեկնել Տավուշի մարզ, հանդիպել Ոսկեպար, Կիրանց և Բերքաբեր գյուղերի բնակիչների հետ։

Մարտի 18-ին կայացած հանդիպմանը Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ պետք է վերադարձնի 4 գյուղերի տարածքները, այլապես մինչև շաբաթվա վերջ պատերազմ կսկսվի։ Պատերազմ, իհարկե, չսկսվեց, փոխարենը՝ Ոսկեպարում ընդդիմադիր լայն շարժում սկսվեց, որն անգամ մտադիր էր Փաշինյանին և ՔՊ-ական այլ պաշտոնյաներին պետական դավաճանության համար դատելու պահանջով ստորագրություններ ներկայացնել գլխավոր դատախազություն։
