Առաջիկա օրերին ԱՄՆ-ն նոր պատժամիջոցներ կսահմանի Իրանի դեմ՝ Թեհրանի ռազմական հնարավորությունները թուլացնելու նպատակով

Վաշինգտոնն առաջիկա օրերին լրացուցիչ պատժամիջոցներ կսահմանի Թեհրանի դեմ՝ ուղղված հրթիռների, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի, ինչպես նաև Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսի (ԻՀՊԿ, Իրանի Զինված ուժերի էլիտար ստորաբաժանումների) և Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համագործակցող ընկերությունների դեմ: Այս մասին ասվում է ԱՄՆ նախագահի ազգային անվտանգության հարցերով օգնական Ջեյք Սալիվանի գրավոր հայտարարության մեջ, որը երեքշաբթի հրապարակել է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի ծառայությունը։

Ինչպես հետևում է փաստաթղթից, Իսրայելի վրա Իրանի հարձակումից հետո ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը Միացյալ Նահանգների դաշնակիցների և գործընկերների, ներառյալ Յոթնյակի խմբի, ինչպես նաև Կոնգրեսի երկու կուսակցությունների առաջնորդների հետ աշխատում է «համապարփակ արձագանքի» ուղղությամբ:

«Առաջիկա օրերին Միացյալ Նահանգները նոր պատժամիջոցներ կսահմանի Իրանի դեմ՝ ուղղված նրա հրթիռային և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի ծրագրերին, ինչպես նաև նոր պատժամիջոցներ կսահմանի Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսին և Իրանի պաշտպանության նախարարությանը աջակցող ընկերությունների դեմ»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

Ըստ Սալիվանի՝ Վաշինգտոնը հույսը դնում է այն բանի վրա, որ «հետևելով Միացյալ Նահանգներին՝ նրա դաշնակիցներն ու գործընկերները կսահմանեն իրենց սեփական պատժամիջոցները»։

Նա ընդգծել է, որ «նոր պատժամիջոցներն ու այլ միջոցները» ուղղված են լինելու Իրանին զսպելուն,  «թուլացնելու նրա ռազմական հնարավորություններն ու արդյունավետությունը»։

«Ճնշումը կշարունակվի», - ասել է Սալիվանը՝ նշելով, որ վերջին երեք տավա ընթացքում ավելի քան 600 անհատ և կազմակերպություն ենթարկվել է ԱՄՆ-ի հակաիրանական պատժամիջոցներին։

«Մենք չենք վարանի շարունակել քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ համաձայնեցնելով ամբողջ աշխարհում մեր դաշնակիցների և գործընկերների, ինչպես նաև Կոնգրեսի հետ՝ Իրանի կառավարությանը պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու իր չարամիտ և ապակայունացնող գործողությունների համար», - ասել է ԱՄՆ ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդականը:
