Wildberries-ում նորամուծություն է․ ինչի՞ց են դժգոհ աշխատողները

Wildberries-ը պահեստի աշխատակիցներից գանձում է ապրանքների արժեքի 50%-ը «թերությունների» համար՝ միաժամանակ արգելելով նրանց ստուգել դրանց ամբողջականությունը. ապացուցել, որ մեկ այլ աշխատակից վնասել է ապրանքը, իրատեսական չէ։
Պահեստի աշխատակիցների համար ավելացել են «թերությունների համար պահումները»՝ այժմ մարդկանցից գանձվում է ապրանքի արժեքի 50%-ը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ նրանց արգելվում է բացել ապրանքը և ստուգել դրա ամբողջականությունը, քանի որ դա կվնասի փաթեթավորումը։ Ինչպես Ռադովկային ասել է աշխատակիցներից Անդրեյը (անունը փոխված է), նորամուծության մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում իրեն գանձել են 3,5 հազար ₽, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ նախկինում նման «պահումը» կազմում էր ամսական 1,8 հազար ₽:
Հետևաբար, նա Wildberries-ին կտրամադրի ամսական 14 հազար ₽։ Խնդիրն այն է, որ գործատուն չի նեղվում ապացուցել կոնկրետ անձի մեղքը, պարզաբանել էտղամարդը։ Դիմումում աշխատակիցները պարզապես ծանուցում են ստանում, որ կա «թերություն», ինչը նշանակում է մինուս նրանց աշխատավարձից։ Մարդը չի կարող վիճարկել իր մեղքը, թեև անհասկանալի է, թե ով է վնասել իրը՝ գնորդը փորձելիս, բեռնափոխադրողի աշխատակիցը, թե վարորդը։ Ավելին, ընկերությունը հորինել է աշխատողների գնահատման համակարգ՝ ցածր վարկանիշով աշխատավարձը կրճատվում է, բայց այն կարելի է իջեցնել ցանկացած պատճառով, նույնիսկ ծրագրի խափանման պատճառով, և դրա շտկման մեխանիզմ չկա, ինչի մասին վկայում է նամակագրությունը։
