ԱԺ պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ հրատապ գրություն է ուղարկել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանին և պատրաստում է գրություններ՝ նաև միջազգային գործընկերներին։
Նա մասնավորապես գրել է. «Հայաստանում գործում է դիմակավորված բանդա, որը իրեն թույլ է տալիս ոստիկանների պաշտպանության տակ գտնվող քաղաքացուն դաժան ծեծի ենթարկել՝ իջեցնելով ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենայից։
Խոսքը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հակոբ Ասլանյանի մասնակցությամբ նախօրեին հանրային տրանսպորտում տեղի ունեցած դեպքի մասնակից քաղաքացի Սամվել Վարդանյանի հետ կատարվածին է վերաբերում։
Քաղաքացին իշխանական պատգամավորին վիրավորելու համար ձերբակալվել է խուլիգանության հատկանիշներով, ապա Ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր տեղափոխվելիս՝ մի խումբ դիմակավոր անձանց կողմից ենթարկվել է ծեծի։
Քաղաքացուն տեսակցած իմ գործընկերներից եւ փաստաբաններից տեղեկացա, որ ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենան ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի շենքից մոտ 300 մետր հեռավորության վրա կանգնեցվել է՝ ոստիկանների բնական կարիքները հոգալու պատճառաբանությամբ, քաղաքացին միայնակ մնացել է ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենայի մեջ։
Հանկարծ այդ ընթացքում մի քանի դիմակավորված անձինք (ինձ հայտնի չէ` ոստիկաններ են, թե քաղաքացիներ) անմիջապես քաղաքացուն դուրս են հանել ոստիկանական ավտոմեքենայից և սկսել դաժան ծեծի ենթարկել, սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնել նրա հասցեին։
«Ժողովրդավարական» Հայաստանում ոստիկանության պատասխանատվության տակ գտնվող քաղաքացու նկատմամբ դիմակավորված անձանց կողմից հարձակման փաստի առթիվ մի քանի հարցադրումներ եմ ուղղել ՆԳՆ նախարարին՝ պարզելու.

-ի՞նչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել,
-քրեաիրավական ի՞նչ գնահատական է տվել կատարվածին։
Նախարարին առաջարկել եմ միասին գնալ ՁՊՎ և տեղում ծանոթանալ դեպքի մանրամասներին»։
