Զելենսկի. Ուկրաինան չի կարողանա հաղթել պատերազմում առանց ԱՄՆ-ի լրացուցիչ օգնության

Առանց ամերիկյան օգնության Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը հաղթելու շանսեր չունեն։ Այս մասին PBS-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։
«Անկեղծ եմ ասում՝ առանց այս օգնության մենք հաղթելու հնարավորություն չենք ունենա։ Եվ պետք է շատ ավելի ուժեղ լինել թշնամուց: Ահա թեինչ եմ ասում։ Այսօր հրետանային արկը 1-ը 10-ի դեմ է, կարո՞ղ ենք այսպես կանգնել: Ոչ, ամեն դեպքում այս վիճակագրությամբ մեզ ամեն օր հետ են մղելու։ Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք 100%-ով պաշտպանել այն, ինչ այսօր գտնվում է մեր վերահսկողության տակ, մենք պետք է մեկից անցնենք համեմատելի թվերի՝ տասը տասի դիմաց»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
Նախագահը նշել է, որ Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերը շատ դժվար ժամանակներ են ապրում, քանի որ նրանք պետք է կռվեն Ռուսաստանի հսկայական բանակի դեմ, որին օգնում են նաև այլ երկրներ, օրինակ Իրանը, որը, ըստ Զելենսկու, «ամսական 300-500 «շահիդ» է մատակարում»։.
«Ասացեք, խնդրեմ, ինչպես էր հնարավոր կռվել այս հազարների դեմ, եթե զենք չունես, ինչպե՞ս ոչնչացնել դրանք: Պլանը շատ պարզ է։ Այն հասկանալի է և կա։ Կան կոնկրետ զենքեր առաջ գնալու համար։ Եվ կա երկինքը պաշտպանելու կոնկրետ զենք։ Եվ կան երկինքը փակելու կոնկրետ միջոցներ, որպեսզի մարդիկ առաջ գնան։ Եվ ավելին, բոլոր գործընկերներն ունեն դրանք։ Սա պլան է, թե ինչ է մեզ տեխնիկապես անհրաժեշտ»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
ԱՄՆ-ը վճռորոշ դեր խաղաց զենքի մատակարարման հարցում մինչև 2024 թվականի սկիզբը, երբ անցյալ տարվա հատկացումները սպառվեցին: Այժմ Ամերիկան ու Եվրոպան մոտավորապես հավասար են ռազմական օգնության, իսկ Եվրոպան շատ առաջ է ֆինանսական աջակցության հարցում։
Փետրվարի սկզբին Սենատը հաստատեց Ուկրաինային, Իսրայելին և Թայվանին տրամադրվող օգնության փաթեթը՝ ընդհանուր 95 միլիարդ դոլար գումարով (որից 60 միլիարդը նախատեսված է Կիևի համար), ընդ որում, դեմոկրատներից բացի, կողմ քվեարկեց նաև հանրապետական փոքրամասնության կեսը։ Օրինագիծը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հեշտությամբ կանցներ ստորին պալատում, սակայն խոսնակ Մայք Ջոնսոնը հրաժարվում էր այն քվեարկության դնել, իսկ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կողմնակիցները պահանջում են, որ փաթեթի ընդունումը կապված լինի ԱՄՆ ներքաղաքական խնդիրների լուծման հետ, հիմնականում՝ Մեքսիկայի սահմանով միգրացիայի հետ։
Ջոնսոնը հայտարարեց, որ մտադիր է առանձին օրինագծեր ներկայացնել Ուկրաինայի, Իսրայելի և Թայվանի ֆինանսավորման համար՝ այս փակուղուց դուրս գալու համար։
