Ռուսաստանը առաջիկայում լայնածավալ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառելու Հայաստանի դեմ, ընդ որում, դրան Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները տեղյակ են, բայց հանրությանը չեն հայտնում՝ խուճապ չտարածելու համար։

Մասնավորապես, փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը ՔՊ-ական փակ հանդիպման ընթացքում հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանում մտադիր են արդեն մայիսի սկզբին փակել Վերին Լարսը և արգելել հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի արտահանումը Ռուսաստան։

Հատկապես գյուղատնտեսական սեզոնի սկզբում նման քայլը Ռուսաստանի կողմից ծանրագույն հարված է լինելու հայ գյուղացիների և արտահանողների համար։ Գործող իշխանութունները պլան Բ, ինչպես և հասկանալի է, չունեն. մինչ հայտարարում են տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացիայի իրենց մտադրության մասին, իրականում որևէ քայլ այդ ուղղությամբ չի արվում, ընդհակառակը, վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի տնտեսական կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից ավելի է խորացել, իսկ հայկական գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքը և արտահանման հիմնական արտադրատեսակները առաքվում են Ռուսաստան։

Իհարկե փաշինյանական իշխանությունը փորձում է ներկայացնել, թե արաբական և եվրոպական երկրները կարող են այլընտրանք դառնալ հայկական արտադրանքի համար, բայց պետք է հաշվի առնել, նաև դրա որակական բաղադրիչը։

Մասնավորապես, Հայաստանն արաբական երկրներ արտահանում է ադամանդ և այլ թանկարժեք նյութեր, որոնք առնվազն հնարավոր չէ արտահանել Ռուսաստան , կամ դրա կարիքը այնտեղ չկա, իսկ ընդհանուր ցուցանիշի մեջ շահում են ընդամենը մի քանի արտահանողներ։ Հայ ֆերմերների և արտահանողների ապրանքի 90 % և ավելին արտահանվում է հենց Ռուսաստան և ապրուստով է ապահովում տասնյակ հազարավոր մարդկանց։

Այժմ Վերին Լարսի հնարավոր փակման դեպքում Հայաստանում իսկական սոցիալական բունտ է հասունանալու։
