«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Stratfor» վերլուծական կենտրոնը աղյուսակ է հրապարակել՝ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանի եւ աշխարհի երկու տասնյակ երկրների էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը, եւ տվյալ երկրների միջին աշխատավարձի չափը: «Ազատության» փոխանցմամբ՝ սակագնի տվյալները վերաբերում են 2013-2014 թվականներին: Աղյուսակը կազմվել է Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպության ուսումնասիրությունների հիման վրա: Ըստ աղյուսակի՝ ՀՀ-ում մեկ կՎտ էլեկտրաէներգիան 7 ցենտ է, իսկ միջին աշխատավարձը՝ 471 դոլար: Օրինակ՝ Կորեայում էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կՎտ-ի սակագինը 10 ցենտ է, բայց միջին աշխատավարձը 2 հազար 903 դոլար է:

ՀՀ-ին ամենամոտը Մեքսիկան է, այստեղ էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կՎտ-ի գինը 9 ցենտ է, բայց միջին աշխատավարձը ՀՀ-ի համեմատ գրեթե 50 տոկոսով բարձր է եւ կազմում է 609 դոլար»:
