Քննություն է գնում, երիտասարդը, կարծում եմ, անցել է բոլոր սահմանները ու օրենքի առջև պետք է պատասխան տա։
Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով երեկ հանրային տրանսպորտում իր մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին, ասաց իշխանական պատգամավոր Հակոբ Ասլանյանը։
Վերջինս մանրամասնեց, թե ինչպես է սկսվել միջադեպը.
«Ես գնում եմ, որ վճարեմ, ինքը փակում է իմ ճանապարհը և սկսում է այնպիսի բառեր արտաբերել, որ ես, չիջնելով իր մակարդակին, ասում եմ՝ ճանապարհ տուր՝ իջնեմ, չի թողնում, ես էլ հրում եմ իրեն ու անցնում»,- ասաց նա։
Լրագրողի դիտարկմանը, որ եթե Ալեն Սիմոնյանի՝ քաղաքացու վրա թքելը էմոցիոնալ պոռթկում է որակվել, ինչո՞ւ չի կարող նույնը որակվել նաև տվյալ քաղաքացու դեպքում, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց․
«Դա էմոցիոնալ պոռթկում չէ, դա հստակ կանխամտածված մոտեցում է, դրանք տարբեր դաշտեր են։ Եթե նույնիսկ նայենք խոսքի իրավունքի տեսանկյունից, ապա ինքը դա նկարահանելու իրավունք չուներ, նկարահանելը նշանակում է մտնել իմ սեփական տարածք։ Դա ուղղորդված քայլ էր»։
Հակոբ Ասլանյանը նշեց, որ ի սկզբանե չի պատրաստվել դիմել իրավապահներին, դա արել է միայն այն դեպքից հետո, երբ տեսանյութը հրապարակվել է սոցցանցերում։
