«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բրիտանական The Times պարբերականին խայտառակագույն մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից Հայաստանի, Կոտ դ'Իվուարի, Կոստա Ռիկայի և Բոտսվանայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ: Ըստ բրիտանական պարբերականի հրապարակման, Մեծ Բրիտանիան արդեն 18 ամիս փնտրում է երկրներ, որոնք պատրաստ կլինեն ընդունել ապօրինի ներգաղթյալներին: Խոսքն այն մասին է, որ ապօրինի ներգաղթյալները պետք է այդ երկրներում տեղակայվեն, քանի դեռ բրիտանական իշխանությունները կքննարկեն ապաստանի տրամադրման վերաբերյալ նրանց հայցերը: Լոնդոնն ակնկալում է այս չորս երկրի հետ կնքել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Ռուանդայի միջև նախկինում ձեռք բերված համաձայնագրի համարժեքը: Նշվում է նաև, որ Հայաստանն ակնկալում է այս գործարքից ստանալ առնվազն 290 միլիոն ֆունտ ստեռլինգ:
Այսինքն, եթե Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը նման համաձայնագիր կնքի Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ, ապա Հայաստանն արագորեն կվերածվի «ապօրինի ներգաղթյալների» բրիտանական գաղութի: Հնարավոր է՝ Փաշինյանն այդպես ցանկանում է գերակատարել իր ֆանտաստիկ հայտարարություններից մեկը, այն է՝ մինչև 2030 թվականը Հայաստանում 5 միլիոն բնակչություն ապահովելը: Հատկանշական է, որ նույն հրապարակման համաձայն, Էկվադորը, Պարագվայը, Պերուն, Բրազիլիան և Կոլումբիան նշել են, որ քիչ են հետաքրքրված նման ծրագրով, իսկ Մարոկկոն, Թունիսը, Նամիբիան և Գամբիան ակնհայտորեն հրաժարվել են անգամ քննարկել այդ հարցը: Դե, իսկ Հայաստանը... Ի դեպ, երեկ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հերքումանման մի բան տարածեց: Մասնավորապես, ԱԳՆ խոսնակը ՌԻԱ-Նովոստի ռուսական գործակալությանն ասել է. «Հայաստանն ու Մեծ Բրիտանիան ունեն քաղաքական երկխոսության լայն օրակարգ, սակայն կոնկրետ հրապարակման մեջ բարձրացված հարցի վերաբերյալ առարկայական կամ տեխնիկական բանակցություններ չեն եղել»:
Հիմա սա հերքո՞ւմ էր, թե՞ հաստատում: Ի՞նչ է նշանակում «լայն օրակարգ կա», բայց այդ հարցով բանակցություններ չեն եղել: Եթե իսկապես ոչ մի նման բան չի եղել, ապա ինչո՞ւ եք այդքան ոլոր-մոլոր հերքում: Կարճ-կոնկրետ ասեիք՝ նման բան չկա, և վերջ: Մինչդեռ, այս տարբերակով ստացվում է, որ հերքելով՝ հաստատեցին: Հետաքրքիր է համանման էլ ի՞նչ խութեր կան դեռ, որ մեր հանրությունը չգիտի... Սա մի տեսակ հիշեցնում է հայտնի սկետչի ձևակերպումը, թե՝ կարող ենք շիրմաքարին գրել՝ «Շնորհավոր Ամանոր և Սուրբ Ծնունդ», փողին մուննաթ...
