ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է Լոնդոնի հետ ներգաղթյալների հարցով բանակցելու մասին հրապարակմանը

Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն արձագանքել է «The Times»-ի հրապարակմանը, ըստ որի` Մեծ Բրիտանիան Հայաստանի և մի քանի այլ երկրների ներկայացուցիչների հետ բանակցություններ է սկսել ապօրինի ներգաղթյալներին արտաքսելու օրինագծի շուրջ:
«ՀՀ-ՄԹ-ն ունեն քաղաքական երկխոսության լայն օրակարգ, իսկ կոնկրետ հրապարակման մեջ բարձրացված հարցով բովանդակային կամ տեխնիկական բանակցություններ չեն եղել»,– Sputnik Արմենիային ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Բադալյանը։
«The Times»-ը ապրիլի 15-ին հոդված է հրապարակել՝ վկայակոչելով բրիտանական կառավարության փաստաթղթերը, որոնք հասանելի են դարձել արտահոսքի պատճառով: Հոդվածում ասվում է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան Ռուանդայի հետ պայմանավորվածության սխեմայով անօրինական միգրանտներին արտաքսելու շուրջ բանակցություններ է սկսել Հայաստանի, Կոտ դ'Իվուարի, Կոստա Ռիկայի և Բոտսվանայի հետ:
Հրապարակման տրամաբանությունն այն է, որ Հայաստանը, ի տարբերություն տարածաշրջանի որոշ երկրների, օրինակ` Ադրբեջանի, էական առաջընթաց է գրանցել մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում, և ապօրինի ներգաղթյալների վերադարձը Հայաստան չի սպառնա նրանց անվտանգությանը և չի ոտնահարի նրանց իրավունքները: Հրապարակման մեջ ասվում է, որ Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների վատ վիճակը բրիտանական իշխանություններին ստիպում է հետապնդման չենթարկել Ադրբեջանից ապօրինի ներգաղթած անձանց։
2023 թվականի մարտին Մեծ Բրիտանիան և Ռուանդան ստորագրել են միգրացիոն համաձայնագրի թարմացված տարբերակ, որի համաձայն՝ Միացյալ Թագավորություն ապօրինի ժամանած միգրանտները կարող են արտաքսվել աֆրիկյան երկիր՝ առանց բրիտանական իշխանություններից ապաստան խնդրելու իրավունքի, թեև ավելի վաղ նրանք կարող էին մնալ Բրիտանիայում այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ընթանում էր նրանց ապաստանի հարցման քննարկումը:
