Ռուսաստանի Կուրգանի, Տյումենի և Օրենբուրգի նահանգներում  գետերի գարնանային վարարումների հետևանքով մի շարք բնակավայրեր ջրով են ծածկվել կամ հայտնվել դրա վտանգի տակ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, Կուրգանի նահանգապետ Վադիմ Շումկովը կոչ է արել բնակիչներին անհապաղ լքել հեղեղված տարածքները։

Մասնավորապես, Կուրգանի մարզում Տոբոլ գետի ջրի մակարդակը բարձրացել է 56 սանտիմետրով, ասված է քաղաքապետարանի կայքում տարածված հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Ապրիլի 14-ի Մոսկվայի ժամանակով ժամը 16:00-ի դրությամբ, այն կազմել է 547 սանտիմետր, թեև առավոտյան մոտ 491 սանտիմետր էր: Վեց մետր մակարդակի վրա ջրհեղեղ կսկսվի Տոբոլի աջ ափին և ձախ ափի ստորին հատվածում։

Նահանգապետի խոսքով, երբ ջուրը մոտենում է, լուսավորությունը նախապես կանջատվի, ուստի պետք է տարհանվել մինչ մութն ընկնելը։ Նա զգուշացրել է, որ գիշերը իրավիճակը կարող է կտրուկ վատթարանալ։

ՌԴ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ ապրիլի 14-ի առավոտվա դրությամբ մարզում ջրածածկվել է 304 տուն և 473 տնամերձ հողատարածք։ Ավելի քան 7,1 հազար մարդ կանխարգելիչ նպատակով տարհանվել է, 885-ը գտնվում են ժամանակավոր կացարաններում։

Կուրգանում ջրհեղեղի գագաթնակետը սպասվում է ապրիլի 14-15-ին։ Մարզում 62 բնակավայր, 4300 տուն, 5550 տնամերձ հողատարածք և 600 ամառանոց կարող են հայտնվել վթարային գոտում։

Հարավային Ուրալի շրջաններն այս տարի ռեկորդային ջրհեղեղի են ենթարկվել։ Ամենաբարդ իրավիճակը Օրենբուրգի մարզում է։ Այստեղ ապրիլի 5-ին ճեղքվել է ամբարտակը, որը պաշտպանում էր Օրսկը Ուրալ գետի ջրերից։ Իշխանությունները զանգվածային տարհանումներ են իրականացրել։  Ապրիլի 14-ին Օրենբուրգի մարզում ջրի մակարդակն առաջին անգամ սկսել է նվազել։

Տարածաշրջանում դաշնային մասշտաբով արտակարգ դրություն է մտցվել։ Տարածաշրջանային կառավարությունը ջրհեղեղի վնասը գնահատում է 21 միլիարդ ռուբլի։

Արտակարգ դրություն է գործում նաև Տյումենի մարզում։ Երկու գյուղերի տարհանումը սկսվել է ապրիլի 14-ին։ Ջրհեղեղի վտանգի տակ է հայտնվել 51 բնակավայր, 1847 տուն և 7291 մարդ։ Հեղեղումների հետ կապված ամենալարված իրավիճակը սպասվում է մինչև ապրիլի 20-ին, իսկ գագաթնակետը՝ ապրիլի 23-25-ին։
