Խնձորեսկի միջադեպի վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ հաղորդագրությունը խիստ տարակուսելի է։ Միջադեպից 2 օր էլ չանցած, ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտարարել է, թե հայ զինծառայողներն են խախտել սահմանապահ ծառայության կանոնները։

Հիշեցնենք՝ ապրիլի 10-ին, հայ հովիվն իր հոտի հետ մոլորվել և հայտնվել էր Ադրբեջանի տարածքում։ Հայ սահմանապահների և ադրբեջանցիների միջև փոխհրաձգություն էր սկսվել, որի հետևանքով մեկ ադրբեջանցի վիրավորվել էր։

Հովիվն ու հոտը արդեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում են։ ԱԱԾ-ն ծառայողական քննություն է արել և անհապաղ շտապել հաղորդագրություն տարածել, թե իբր մեղավորը հայկական կողմն է։ Վերակարգի ավագն ու ծառայակիցներն են հատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանն ու վերադարձրել Ադրբեջանի տարածք անցած` հովվին։ 

«Նշված սահմանապահ հատվածում սկսվել է անհարկի հրաձգություն, ակնհայտ վտանգի է ենթարկվել մարդկանց կյանքն ու առողջությունը, նկարագրված գործողություններն առաջացրել են պետության անվտանգության համար սպառնալիք, ինչպես նաև պետական սահմանին նշված հատվածում պատշաճ հսկողության բացակայության վիճակ»,- ասված է ԱԱԾ հաղորդագրությունում։

ԱԱԾ-ն նույնիսկ ափսոսանք է հայտնել և վստահեցրել, թե համապատասխան միջոցներ կձեռնարկվեն այդպիսի դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ։

Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ գործող իշխանությունները արդարացնում են ադրբեջանական կողմին և լեգիտիմ հիմք ստեղծում Բաքվի համար պնդելու, թե հայկական կողմն է խախտել հրադադարը։ Ավելին, նման հայտարարությունն ակնհայտորեն կազդի հայկական բանակի զինված ուժերի բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակի վրա։

Ծառայության և դիրքերը պահելու ընթացքում տարբեր խնդիրներ են հնարավոր, սակայն պետությունը կարող էր կանգնել իր զինվորի կողքին, նույնիսկ, եթե հրաման է խախտել, այլ ոչ թե պատժել նրան՝ առանց այդ մասին տարփողելու, կամ էլ բացատրելու, թե որը որից հետո է:
