Վարչախմբի ձախողումները կյանքեր են արժենում

Հայաստանի գործող վարչախումբը ձախողել է հնարավոր բոլոր ոլորտները, այդ թվում` բոլոր այն ոլորտները, որտեղ լայն բարեփոխումների մասին է հայտարարում, և ցավալիորեն իշխանության ձախողումները, որակյալ կառավարման բացակայությունը` կյանքեր են արժենում։
Երեկ, ժամը 15 անց 20-ի սահմաններում Մեղրիի Նռնաձորի հատվածում, զինծառայողներին տեղափոխող «Ուրալը»` դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածից և հայտնվել ձորակի տարածքում։ 4 ժամկետային զինծառայողներ զոհվել են, 20-ը՝ վիրավորում ստացել։ Քննչական կոմիտեն հերթական անգամ քրեական գործ է հարուցել և նախաքննություն է իրականացնում։
Ցավալիորեն վիճակագրությունը փաստում է, որ վթարների հետևանքով, հայ զինծառայողների մահվան դեպքերը 2018 թվականից հետո աճել են, ինչն ընդամենը մեկ պատճառ ունի՝ իշխանության անբավարար և անորակ կառավարում։
Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը ընդունակ չէ նույնիսկ զրահապատ շտապօգնության մեքենաներ ձեռք բերել Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի համար, նման մեքենաներ խնդրում է ԱՄՆ դեսպանից, էլ ուր մնաց դիրքեր տանող մեքենաները փոխելու, անսարքությունները վերացնելու, միջդիրքային հատվածներում համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ կառուցելու, ճանապարհներ կահավորելու, որպեսզի զինծառայողները կարողանան անվտանգ հասնել դիրքեր և պաշտպանել սեփական ժողովրդին։
Փաստացի, իշխանությունները ձախողվել են բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Երեկ էլ պատկան մարմինները միայն ժամեր անց են բարեհաճել հերքել դպրոցներում ռումբերի մասին տեղեկությունները՝ դա տեղեկատվական պատերազմի մաս համարելով։ Բոլոր ոլորտներում էլ խնդիրները բազմաթիվ են։
Փաստացի, ցանկացած ոք, անանուն տելեգրամյան կամ այլ ալիքներով կարող է խուճապ տարածել դպրոցներում, մանկապարտեզներում, իսկ իշխանությունները չունեն դրան հակազդելու նորմալ պլան, ինչպես նաև ժամանակին ահազանգելու ընդունակություն։
