Դեմքի մաշկի գիշերային խնամքի կանոններ

1 Երբեք մի պառկեք քնելու՝ առանց դեմքի մաշկը և դիմահարդարումը մաքրելու:

2 Որպես դիմահարդարման հեռացնող միջոց կարող եք օգտագործել սովորական վազելին: Հատկապես սա լավ կլինի չոր մաշկ ունեցողների համար:

3 Մի փոխարինեք ցերեկային կրեմները գիշերային կրեմներով, և հակառակը:

4 Քնելուց առաջ վազելինը կարելի է քսել աչքերի շուրջ, այտերին և այտոսկրերին, շուրթերին՝ թեթև մերսումներով:

5 Հիշե՛ք. Շատ կրեմը ոչ մի լավ բանի չի բերում: Քսեք քիչ քանակությամբ, իսկ մնացորդները մաքրեք անձեռոցիկի օգնությամբ:

6 Եթե դուք ունեք յուղոտ կամ խնդիրներով մաշկ, ապա քնելուց առաջ օգտագործեք սալիցիլային թթու՝ 1% կամ 2%-անոց լուծույթի տեքով: Սկզբում մաքրեք դիմահարդարումը, լվացեք դեմքը տաք ջրով և մաքրեք դեմքը սալիցիլային թթու պարունակող լուծույթով: Հետո լվացեք դեմքը տաք ջրով՝ թթվի մնացորդները հեռացնելու համար: Սալիցիլային թթվի հետ պետք է զգույշ լինել. Այն պետք չէ քսել խալերի հատվածում:

7 Երիտասարդ մաշկի խնամքի համար՝ բացառությամբ չոր մաշկի, կարելի է գիշերային կրեմներ չօգտագործել:

8 Հասուն մաշկի համար պահանջվում է գիշերային ավելի ակտիվ խնամք: 40 տարեկանից հետո, գիշերային կրեմին ավելի լավ է ավելացնել նաև շիճուկ (сыворотка), ցանկալի է, որ կոսմետիկ միջոցները միևնույն հավաքածուից լինեն:
