Ամերիկյան «թուլափայը» Փաշինյանին. ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ին քննադատել են անգամ Սենատում
ANALYSIS
ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալությունը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանին լրացուցիչ 33 միլիոն դոլար է հատկացնելու տարբեր ծրագրերի համար։
Բրյուսելում ապրիլի 5-ին կայացած հանդիպմանն էլ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը հայտարարել էր Հայաստանին 65 միլիոն դոլար տրամադրելու մտադրության մասին։
Որ այս գումարները ոչ միայն քիչ են, այլև ծիծաղելի, ընդունում են նույնիսկ իրենք՝ ամերիկացիները։
Նախօրեին Սենատի լսումներ են կայացել, որտեղ հայամետ սենատոր Ռոբերտ Մենենդեսը պարզապես ոչնչացրել է ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ տնօրեն Սամանտա Փաուերին՝ նշելով, որ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից արցախցիների աջակցությանը տրամադրվող գումարները պարզապես ծաղր են այդ մարդկանց հասցեին, ընդ որում, Մենենդեսը նշել է , որ Միացյալ նահանգները ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկել Ադրբեջանում էթնիկ զտումները կասեցնելու, դրա հետևանքները վերացնելու համար։ Ամերիկյան իշխանություններից ու գործակալության ղեկավարությունից միայն հերթապահ դիվանագիտական հայտարարություններ են հնչել։
Որ Արևմուտքն առանձնապես շահագրգռված չէ Հայաստանին լուրջ տնտեսական քաղաքական և ռազմական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու, պարզ էր ի սկզբանե, թերևս պարզ էր նույնիսկ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, որոնք Արևմուտքի այսպիսի թվացյալ աջակցությունն օգտագործում են ընդամենը իրենց քաղաքական պաշտոնավարումը երկարաձգելու, նաև Ռուսաստանի հետ վերջնականապես հարաբերությունները փչացնելու, դրա դիմաց Արևմուտքում հետագայում իրենց անձնական անվտանգությունը և բարեկեցությունը ապահովելու նպատակով։
Ակնհայտորեն ո՜չ Եվրամիությունը, ո՜չ ԱՄՆ-ն շահագրգռված չեն Հարավկովկասյան շրջանում Հայաստանի անվտանգային միջավայրի լավարկմամբ ու դիմակայունության բարձրացմամբ։ Այդպիսի շահագրգռություն չի ցուցաբերելու նաև Ռուսաստանը, որի հետ հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փչացնում են ամեն օր։
