«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iz.ru-ն «Անցան փոխհրաձգության. ո՞րն է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև նոր սրացման պատճառը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ապրիլի սկզբին իրավիճակը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին վատթարացել է: Նախ՝ Բաքուն է հայտնել, որ հարևանը սկսել է զորքեր, զրահատեխնիկա և հրետանի տեղափոխել շփման գիծ։ Երևանում, ի պատասխան, հայտարարել են, որ իրենք բոլոր իրավունքներն ունեն իրենց տարածքում պաշտպանական գծեր կառուցել։ Այնուհետև կողմերը գրեթե ամեն օր սկսել են մեղադրել միմյանց ինտենսիվ հրետակոծությունների համար: Բացի այդ, կողմերը հայտարարել են, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները մտել են փակուղի։ Քաղաքագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևը կարծում է, որ Բաքուն փորձում է վերադարձնել այն ութ գյուղերը, որոնք հայկական կողմն իր վերահսկողության տակ է վերցրել 1990-ականների սկզբին։

«Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը պատրաստ է զիջել, բայց դրան դեմ են մի շարք հայկական հասարակական միավորումներ, վետերանների կազմակերպություններ, ընդդիմադիր կառույցներ։ Ըստ այդմ, Բաքուն սրում է իրավիճակը։ Ադրբեջանը, կարծես, իր հարևաններին ընտրության առաջ է դնում՝ կա՛մ ուժային սրացում, պատերազմ և գյուղերի կորուստ, կա՛մ պարզապես դրանց խաղաղ փոխանցում առանց զոհերի»,- նշել է նա։ Կովկասագետ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովն էլ ասել է, որ տարածաշրջանում պայմաններ են ստեղծվում լայնամասշտաբ սրացման համար։

«Հայաստանը մոտենում է Արևմուտքին, առայժմ խոսվում է առաջին հերթին տնտեսական փոխգործակցության մասին, բայց ապագայում կարող ենք տեսնել նաև ակտիվ ռազմատեխնիկական և պաշտպանական համագործակցություն։ Հասկանալի է, որ դա կտրականապես դուր չի գալիս ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանին, այլ նաև Իրանին, Թուրքիային ու Ռուսաստանին։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կան սահմանափակող գործոններ: Օրինակ՝ Ադրբեջանի ողջ բարգավաճումը կառուցված է Եվրոպային էներգառեսուրսների վաճառքի վրա։ Եթե Արևմուտքը պատժամիջոցներ կիրառի, ապա էներգետիկ ռեսուրսներ մատակարարելու տեղ չի լինի, երկրի տնտեսությունը կփլուզվի, ուստի Ադրբեջանը զգուշորեն կգործի»,- բացատրել է նա։
