Առողջ և գեղեցիկ մաշկ ունենալու 10 կանոն

1. Մինչև մաշկի խնամքն սկսելն անհրաժեշտ է որոշել մաշկի տեսակը
Ինչո՞ւ։ Քանի որ կոսմետիկ միջոցները նախատեսված են մաշկի որոշակի տեսակի համար։ Որքան շատ բան իմանաք ձեր մաշկի մասին, այնքան ավելի շատ բան կիմանաք այն պաշտպանելու միջոցների մասին։ Գիտելիքն ուժ է։
2. Շատ ջուր խմեք
Հավանաբար դուք բազմիցս լսել եք այդ խորհուրդը և անգամ հոգնել դրանից։ Սակայն չպետք է թերագնահատել դրա կարևորությունը։ Խոնավ մաշկն էլաստիկ է, ավելի պաշտպանված է վարակներից և ավելի կայուն է կնճիռների դեմ։
Խոնավացնել հնարավոր է ոչ միայն տարբեր կոսմետիկ միջոցների շնորհիվ, այլև «ներսից»։
3. Կանոնավոր մաքրել մաշկը (1-2 անգամ)
Այս խորհուրդը շատ օգտակար է։ Երբ դուք դուրս եք գալիս տանից, ձեր մաշկի վրա բացասական ազդեցություններ են թողնում, օրինակ, փոշին, կեղտը, բակտերիաները։ Միշտ լվացվեք սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրով, պետք չէ ոչ շատ սառը և ոչ էլ շատ տաք ջուր, քանի որ նման ջերմաստիճանների ջուրը կարող է միայն վնասել։
4. Նուրբ վարվեք ձեր մաշկի հետ
Անգամ եթե դուք փիլինգի կուրս եք անցնում, մի մաքրեք մաշկն ուժով կամ մի ձգեք այն։ Մաշկը չպետք է քերծվածքներով պատվի։ Այն պետք է մաքրվի հատուկ քսուքով, որը նախատեսված է ձեր մաշկի համար։ Եթե դուք շատ ժամանակ եք հատկացնում մաքրման գործընթացին, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, թե այդ մեթոդը կաշխատի։
5. Միշտ խոնավ պահեք մաշկը
Հետևեք այս կանոնին, հատկապես շատ բարձր և ցածր ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում։ Չոր մաշկն ավելի շուտ է գունաթափվում։
Չոր մաշկը չափազանց անհրապույր է։ Ընտրեք այնպիսի քսուք, որը հարմար է ձեր մաշկին և մի փոխեք կոսմետիկան, որը դուք օգտագործում եք։ Եթե դուք փորձել եք մի քսուք և զգում եք, որ այն ձեզ համար է, ապա մի փորձեք այլ քսուք։
6. Օճառ մի օգտագործեք
Օճառը հարմար է միայն մարմնի համար, և այն օգտագործելուց հետո պետք է այն հիմնավորապես լվանալ ջրով։
7. Պաշտպանեք մաշկն արևի ազդեցությունից
Արևի լույսի հետ մաշկի շփման ընթացքում խորհուրդ է տրվում պաշտպանիչ քսուք օգտագործել (անգամ եթե փողոցում ամպամած է, փորձագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս արևապաշտպան միջոցներ օգտագործել)։ Ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներն ավելացնում եմ մաշկի քաղցկեղի վտանգը, այնպես որ ընտրեք ավելի բարձր ազդեցությամբ պաշտպանիչ քսուք։
8. Քուն և շարժում
Այս կախարդական համադրությունը ոչ միայն կամրապնդի ձեր առողջությունը, այլև առողջ մաշկ կապահովի, կնվազեցնի կնճիռները և կօգնի ավելացնել մաշկի էլաստիկությունը։ Ձեր մաշկը վարժությունների և հանգստի կարիք ունի։
9. Ճիշտ բուժեք հիվանդ մաշկը
Եթե դուք նկատում եք մաշկի գրգռվածություն կամ բշտիկներ, սև կետիկներ կամ անհանգստանալու այլ առիթ ունեք, խորհրդակցեք մասնագետի հետ։ Միջոցների մեծամասնությունը, որոնք նախատեսված են մաշկի այդ խնդիրների համար, կարող են միայն բարդացնել դրությունը։
10. Կրճատել սթրեսի մակարդակը. կարևոր է
Սթրեսը վնասում է մաշկը, այնպես որ արեք ամեն ինչ՝ սթրեսի չենթարկվելու համար։ Տաք լոգանք, զբոսանքներ, հանգստացնող երաժշտություն կամ այլ մեթոդ՝ սթրեսը վերահսկելու համար։ Դա կօգնի ձեր մաշկի առողջությանը։
