Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը չի մասնակցի ապրիլի 12-ին` Մինսկում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարների խորհրդի նիստին։ Երեկ ողջ օրը, գործող իշխանությունները փորձում էին «խրոխտ տղա» խաղալ՝ հայտարարելով, թե հայկական կողմը չի մասնակցելու այդ հավաքին։

Ի վերջո, Բելառուսի ԱԳՆ-ն «Տասս» գործակալության հետ զրույցում հաստատել էր, որ Հայաստանը կմասնակցի փոխարտգործնախարար Մնացական Սաֆարյանի մակարդակով։

Անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին էլ Միրզոյանը չէր մասնակցել Բիշկեկում կայացած նիստին՝ իր փոխարեն ուղարկելով Մնացական Սաֆարյանին։

Մի կողմից Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են ցույց տալ, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում պահպանում են իրենց սկզբունքային հակառուսական գիծը, մյուս կողմից` փորձում ավելի ցածր մակարդակի պաշտոնյայի մասնակցությամբ չկտրվել ընդհանուր ինտեգրացիոն պրոցեսներից, նաև հետագայում հնարավորություն ունենալ հայտարարելու, թե որոշ քայլեր թելադրված են եղել Արևմուտքի պարտադրանքով, իսկ իրենք փորձել են հնարավորինս չսրել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։

Իհարկե, այս մանր ժուլիկությունը որևէ լավ տեղ Հայաստանը չի տանելու, ընդհակառակը, Մոսկվայում հրաշալի հասկանում են Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների դրդապատճառները, գիտեն, որ Արևմուտքի պարտադրանքներից անդին, հենց Փաշինյանն է շահագրգռված Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները փչացնել այնքան, որքան հնարավոր է, սպասել, թե ինչ է կատարվում Ուկրաինայում` վերջնական որոշում կայացնելու նպատակով, իսկ Ուկրաինայում իրադարձությունները զարգանում են ոչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և նրա արևմտյան հովանավորների կանխատեսած սցենարով։

Ռուսաստանը նորանոր տարածքներ և բնակավայրեր է գրավում, իսկ Ուկրաինան աղեկտուր գումար է մուրում Արևմուտքից՝ նշելով, որ առանց արևմտյան սպառազինության չի կարող հաղթել Ռուսաստանին։
