Փոխվարչապետը նոր մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածների համար բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագրից

Կառավարությունը շուտով կներկայացնի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց բնակարանային ապահովման ծրագիրը։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարեց փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը՝ ներկայացնելով ծրագրի վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ։
Փոխվարչապետի խոսքով՝ ծրագրով նախատեսվում է տուն գնելու կամ կառուցելու նպատակով 3-ից մինչև 5 միլիոն դրամ հատկացնել ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց՝ ընտանիքի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի հաշվով։
«Աջակցության շահառու կլինեն մեր այն հայրենակիցները, ովքեր Հայաստանում կհաստատեն երկարատև բնակություն։ Որպես չափորոշիչ կսահմանվի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի դառնալու հանգամանքը։ Աջակցության նվազագույն չափը մեկ մարդու հաշվով 3 միլիոն դրամ կլինի, իսկ եթե շահառու ընտանիքը որոշի բնակարան գնել կամ կառուցել կառավարության կողմից որոշված բնակավայրերում, մեկ մարդու հաշվով աջակցությունը կդառնա 4-5 միլիոն դրամ»,- ասաց Խաչատրյանը։
Նա նշեց, որ ցանկում ընդգրկվելու են մարզային այն բնակավայրերը, որտեղ կառավարությունն իրականացնում է սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանն ուղղված ներդրումներ, որակյալ կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ անհրաժեշտ ծառայություններ ապահովելու նպատակով։
