Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ձգտում է տիրել ողջ Ուկրաինային, իսկ հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի անբավարար թիվն Ուկրաինայում միայն խթանում է դրան։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։
«Պուտինը հասկանում է միայն ուժը: Նա իրեն կենդանու պես է պահում. եթե չկարողանաս պաշտպանվել, նա ավելի շատ կկործանի: Նրա ցանկությունն է տիրել ամբողջ Ուկրաինային»,- ասել է նա գերմանական Bild հրատարակությանը տված հարցազրույցում:
Զելենսկին խոստովանել է, որ պատերազմում Ուկրաինայի պարտությունն այժմ հնարավոր է թվում, քանի դեռ Միացյալ Նահանգները չի հայտարարել ռազմական օգնության նոր փաթեթի մասին։
«Նա (Պուտին) կկործանի ամեն ինչ, նա կսպանի շատ մարդկանց, քանի որ մարդկանց մեծ մասը չի հեռանա, ուստի նա կսպանի նրանցից շատերին: Շատ արյուն կլինի, շատ զոհեր կլինեն, շատ կորուստներ, խոսքը հարյուր հազարների մասին է»,- կարծում է պետության ղեկավարը։
Զելենսկին նշել է, որ Ուկրաինան չունի հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգեր՝ խաղաղ բնակիչներին ռուսական հարձակումներից պաշտպանելու համար։
