Ապրիլի 5-ին կրակոցներ են հնչել Երևանում, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։ Ժամը 22։50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի Չարբախի բաժանմունքում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ այդ օրը ժամը 22։30-ից միչև 22։50-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Շիրակի փողոցի 35 շենքի հարակից բակում մի խումբ անձանց միչև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել որի ժամանակ տարբեր զինատեսակներից կրակոցներ են հնչել:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 13 հատ «Կալաշնիկով» ինքնաձիգի 5.45 մմ  և 3 հատ «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակի 9մմ տրամաչափի կրակված պարկուճներ, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: 

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ապրիլի 5-ի ժամը 16։30-ին Երևան քաղաքի Խորենացի փողոցի 24 հասցեի մոտ Երևանի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը և 30-ամյա Սարգիս Խաչատրյանը վիճաբանել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում ծեծի են ենթարկել վերջինիս, որից հետո Կ.Հովհաննիսյանն իր ընկերների՝ Երևանի բնակիչ 27-ամյա Ստեփան Սարգսյանի, Երևանի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Միքայել Կալաչյանի, 28-ամյա Հայկազ Սարգսյանի իր կողմից շահագործվող «Kia» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, Երևանի բնակիչներ 24-ամյա Նարեկ Բեգոյանի, 30-ամյա Զեբիկ Զախարովի, 21-ամյա Արմեն Գալստյանի, 23-ամյա Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի, 27-ամյա Սերյոժա Պողոսյանի, Արթուր Սիմոնյանի, հետ նույն օրը ժամը 22։30-ի սահմաններում Շիրակի փողոցի 35 հասցեի մոտ նկատել են Դ.Խաչատրյանին, ում հետ եղել են վերջինիս ընկերներ Երևանի բնակիչներ 30-ամյա Սարգիս Խաչատրյանը իր կողմից շահագործվող «Mazda» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, 28-ամյա Դավիթ Ղուշչյանը, 33-ամյա Նարեկ Ավետիսյանը իր կողմից շահագործվող «ՎԱԶ-217230» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, 35-ամյա Մանուկ Պետրոսյանը իր կողմից շահագործվող «Toyota» ,մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, 35-ամյա Արսեն Աբրահամյանը, 37-ամյա Գևորգ Հակոբյանը, 37-ամյա Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը, 39-ամյա Ռոման Սարգսյանը, 35-ամյա Նազարեթ Աղազարյանը, 33-ամյա Ժորա Կիրակոսյանը իր կողմից շահագործվող «Volkswagen» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, 30-ամյա Կոլյա Նահապետյանը իր վարած «Toyota» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, 31-ամյա Արմեն Մկրտչյանը իր վարած «Bentli» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով և 33-ամյա Գոռ Իսրայելյանը։ Կ. Հովհաննիսյանի ընկեր Ստեփան Սարգսյանը, լինելով իր կողմից շահագործվող «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի առջևի աջ նստատեղում, մեքենայի միջից իր մոտ պահվող ատրճանակով կրակել  է Դ. Խաչատրյանի և վերջինիս ընկերների ուղղությամբ, որից հետո Դ. Խաչատրյանի ընկեր Մ․ Պետրոսյանն իր մոտ եղած ատրճանակով կրակոցներ է արձակել ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ և մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառել Ս. Սարգսյանին: Կ.Հովհաննիսյանի և նրա ընկերների հեռանալու ընթացքում  Գոռ Իսրայելյանն իր մոտ եղած «ԱԿ» ինքնաձիքից կրակոցներ է արձակել Կ.Հովհաննիսյանի և նրա ընկերների ուղղությամբ:

Ձեռնարկվում  են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական ու քննչական համատեղ միջոցառումներ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց, հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող  հրազենները  հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
