Ներքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից համայնքային ոստիկանության բարեփոխումների համատեքստում, հասցեագրելով նաև բռնության ենթարկված երեխաների պաշտպանության անհրաժեշտությունը, նախաձեռնվել և ընդունվել է օրենսդրական փաթեթ, որի հիման վրա 2024 թ. ապրիլի 4-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունը ընդունել է «Բռնության ենթարկված երեխայի՝ պաշտպանության կամ աջակցության տրամադրման նպատակով համապատասխան մարմիններ ուղղորդման կարգը, բռնության ենթարկված երեխային տրամադրվող աջակցության ձևերը և տրամադրման կարգը սահմանելու մասին» ՀՀ կառավարության որոշումը, որով՝

1. Սահմանվում են բռնության ենթարկված երեխայի ուղղորդման գործընթացում ներգրավված մարմինների ու կազմակերպությունների շրջանակը, վերջիններիս միջև համագործակցության սկզբունքները (բռնության ենթարկված երեխային չվնասելը և չմեղադրելը, վստահության մթնոլորտի ձևավորումը և այդ մթնոլորտում երեխայի հետ շփումը, երկրորդային զոհականացման բացառումը, բռնության ենթարկված երեխային աջակցելը, ներառյալ՝ խնամքի կազմակերպումը, բռնության ենթարկված երեխայի վերաինտեգրումը հասարակություն և վերասոցիալականացումը և այլն) և ձևերը (տեղեկատվական համագործակցություն, վարչական-կազմակերպական համագործակցություն, սոցիալական դեպքի վարման շրջանակներում բազմամասնագիտական խմբի աշխատանք):

2. Ըստ իրավասության՝ մանրամասնեցվում է երեխայի ուղղորդման շրջանակներում շահագրգիռ մարմինների ու կազմակերպությունների համագործակցությունը՝ հիմնված երեխայի կարիքների գնահատման, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, սոցիալական դեպքի վարման և անհատական սոցիալական ծրագրի մշակման վրա՝ երեխային համապատասխան աջակցություն տրամադրելու և նրա լավագույն շահն ապահովելու նպատակով:

3. Նախատեսվում են երեխային տրամադրվող համակողմանի աջակցության ձևերը (վերականգնողական օգնություն, երեխայի և ընտանիքի` աջակցության կենտրոնում խնամքի կազմակերպում, իրավական օգնություն, կրթության կազմակերպում, բժշկական օգնություն, սոցիալ-հոգեբանական օգնություն և այլն):

4. Սահմանվում է երեխային համապատասխան աջակցության տրամադրման կարգը:

Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունը կարևորում է բռնության ենթարկված երեխաների պաշտպանության շրջանակներում միջգերատեսչական համագործակցությունը, որի ուղղությամբ հետևողականորեն իրականացվում են քայլեր։

Նախագիծը մշակվել է Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կողմից ՆԳՆ-ի հետ սերտ համագործակցության շրջանակներում։
