Израиль не отказался от своей цели провести военную операцию в городе Рафах на границе сектора Газа с Египтом. дата его начала уже определена, заявил Биньямин Нетаньяху.
"Я получил подробный отчет о переговорах в Каире. Мы постоянно работаем над достижением наших целей, прежде всего по освобождению всех наших заложников и достижению полной победы над ХАМАС. Для этой победы необходимо войти в Рафах и уничтожить там террористические батальоны", - заявил премьер-министр Израиля.
Нетаньяху отметил, что дата акции уже определена, но не уточнил конкретных дат.
В то же время в министерстве здравоохранения Палестины сообщили, что число жертв в секторе Газа достигло 33 207, а число раненых - 76 000. Только за последние 24 часа 32 палестинца были убиты и 47 ранены.
