Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի Բուշ դյու-Ռոն դեպարտամենտի խորհրդի նախագահ Մարտին Վասալի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Վարչապետը ողջունել է ֆրանսիական պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստան և բարձր գնահատել անձամբ տիկին Վասալի ներդրումը Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա հարաբերությունների հետևողական զարգացման գործում: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ ներկայումս երկու երկրների միջև առկա է համագործակցության նոր շունչ ու մակարդակ, և այդ գործում իրենց ներդրումն ունեն նաև Ֆրանսիայի այն ռեգիոնները, որոնք Հայաստանի մարզերի հետ պահպանում են ամուր կապեր:
Միաժամանակ, վարչապետն առանձնակի կարևորել է երկկողմ տնտեսական համագործակցության զարգացումն ու ամրապնդումը և այդ համատեքստում ընդգծել կառավարությունների ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների սերտ փոխգործակցության անհրաժեշտությունը:
Մարտին Վասալն անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի հետ տնտեսության, առողջապահության, սոցիալական, հումանիտար ոլորտներում փոխգործակցությանը և դրանց ընդլայնման հնարավորություններին ու քայլերին: Մասնավորապես, Բուշ դյու-Ռոն դեպարտամենտի խորհրդի նախագահը տեղեկացրել է, որ այսօր Ֆրանսիայից Հայաստան են ժամանելու տարբեր ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող 30 ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք հայ գործընկերների հետ կքննարկեն ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և առևտրատնտեսական կապերի ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները: Նշվել է նաև, որ Մարսելում առաջիկայում բացվելու է «Թումո ստեղծարար տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոն»:
Զրուցակիցները կարևորել են նաև Հայաստանի ու Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքների միջև համագործակցությունը, զբոսաշրջային փոխայցելությունների խթանումը:
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց հումանիտար խնդիրներին և դրանց լուծման քայլերին: Այս առումով, կարևորվել է միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից աջակցության ծրագրերի իրականացումը:
