Փաշինյանը շարունակում է տողատակերով պնդել իր նոր սահմանադրությունը

Մի կողմից իշխանությունները հանրությանը փորձում են համոզել, թե նոր սահմանադրություն ընդունելու անհրաժեշտություն առայժմ չեն տեսնում, մյուս կողմից Փաշինյանն ինքը, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում, հրապարակել է օրերս Արտաշատում ՔՊ ակտիվի հետ փակ հանդիպումից կարճ տեսահոլովակ, որտեղ հայտարարում է, թե սահմանադրության ոչ թե տեքստի, այլ բովանդակության հեղինակը պետք է լինի ժողովուրդը։
«Ոչ թե սահմանադրության տեքստի հեղինակը, որովհետև տեքստը պիտի մի հոգի գրի, երկու հոգի, լավ մաքսիմում երեք հոգի, բայց բովանդակության հեղինակը պետք է լինի ժողովուրդը»,- տեսագրության մեջ նշել է Փաշինյանը,-«եթե դուք այսօր ինձ հարցնեք, թե ինչ պետք է գրված լինի սահմանադրության մեջ, կամ ինչ գրված պիտի չլինի, ես կարող էի ինչ-որ մտքեր ունենալ, բայց սահմանադրությունը գոյություն չունի, քանի դեռ գոյություն չունի մարդկանց մտքում, որովհետև, եթե մարդկանց մտքում չլինի, 700 հազար մարդ ոնց է գնալու կողմ քվեարկի այդ սահմանադրությանը»:
Ըստ էության, սա սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների ակնհայտ և բացահայտ քարոզչություն է։ Փաշինյանն ինքը ամեն գնով մտադիր է փոխել սահմանադրությունը, դրանից հեռացնել «վիճահարույց» հարցերը, որոնք իր առջև դրել են Թուրքիան և Ադրբեջանը։
Մասնավորապես` Ադրբեջանը պահանջում է նախաբանից հեռացնել Անկախության հռչակագրին հղումը, որով Հայաստանը ճանաչում է Արցախի ինքնավարությունը, Թուրքիան էլ պահանջում է հռչակագրի հեռացումն այն պատճառով, որ Հայաստանը պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնել Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացի համար։
Գործող վարչախումբը մինչև աշուն ժամանակ ունի սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ նախաձեռնելու, ավելի ճիշտ նոր սահմանադրություն ընդունելով՝ կատարելու թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պահանջը. վերջնագրի մասով Փաշինյանն արդեն թշնամիների հետ համաձայնության է եկել և այժմ ջանքեր պիտի գործադրի նոր սահմանադրությունն ընդունելու համար։
