Ստամբուլի և Անկարայի քաղաքապետերը սկսել են նախագահի պաշտոնի համար պայքարը

Թուրքիայի քաղաքային ընտրությունները, որոնցում հաղթեց ընդդիմությունը, բանավեճ սկսվեց այն մասին, թե ով կարող է դառնալ հանրապետության նոր նախագահը` Ստամբուլի քաղաքապետ Էքրեմ Իմամօղլուն, թե Անկարայի քաղաքապետ Մանսուր Յավասը: Այս մասին գրում է կառավարամետ Hürriyet թերթը՝ նշելով, որ մարտի 31-ին նոր ժամկետով վերընտրված քաղաքապետերը փաստացի սկսել են նախագահի պաշտոնի համար պայքարը, որի ընտրությունները նշանակված են 2028 թվականին։
Երկու քաղաքական գործիչներն էլ ներկայացնում են գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցությունը (CHP): Ստամբուլի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններում 52-ամյա Իմամօղլուն ստացել է ձայների 51,14%-ը, Անկարայում հաղթել է 68-ամյա Յավասը՝ 60,43%-ով։
«Իմամօղլուի նախագահական հավակնությունները հայտնի են 2019 թվականից: Անցյալ տարի Քեմալ Քըլըչդարօղլուն հատեց նրա ճանապարհը», – գրում է հրատարակության սյունակագիր Աբուլքադիր Սելվին։ Ն
Նրա կարծիքով, Իմամօղլուն կարող է առաջադրվել որպես Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության թեկնածու 2028 թվականի ընտրություններում, իսկ Յավասը կարող է մասնակցել որպես անկախ թեկնածու։ Ըստ դիտորդի՝ Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Օզգյուր Օզելը կարող է զսպման տարր դառնալ այս գործընթացում:
Թուրքիայի ներկայիս նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, որը վերընտրվել է երկրորդ ժամկետով, մարտի 31-ի ընտրությունների նախօրեին հայտարարել է, որ դրանք լինելու են իր «վերջնականը օրենքով տրված լիազորությունների շրջանակում»։
Միաժամանակ երկրի քաղաքական հարթությունում սկսել են քննարկել Էրդողանին նոր ժամկետով ընտրելու հնարավորությունը։ Գործող սահմանադրությամբ դա հնարավոր է միայն այն դեպքում, եթե խորհրդարանը որոշի արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել։ Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները նշում են, որ այս պահին երկրի օրակարգում արտահերթ ընտրությունները չկան։
