Իդրամն ու IDBank-ը մասնակցել են Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքների հայտարարագրի ստորագրման արարողությանը

Ապրիլի 4-ին IDBank-ն ու Իդրամը ստորագրեցին Կանանց հզորացման սկզբունքների համատեղ հայտարարագիրը՝ ի թիվս այլ կազմակերպությունների, որոնք միացել են ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի նախաձեռնությանը։
Հայտարարագրի ստորագրման արարողությունից առաջ տեղի ունեցավ «Հնչեցրու զանգը հանուն գենդերային հավասարության» միջոցառումը, որը կազմակերպվել էր ՄԱԶԾ-ի կողմից՝ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի հետ համագործակցությամբ:
Միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես եկան Հայաստանում ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Սոկուլսկին, Հայաստանում Ավստրիայի Զարգացման համակարգման գրասենյակի ղեկավար Կլաուս Կապերը, «ՄԱԿ կանայք» կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչ Օլգա Ազատյանը, Հայաստանի Ֆոնդային բորսայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եգանյանը։
IDBank-ի կողմից հայտարարագիրը ստորագրել է վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Աբրահամյանը։ Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ Բանկի ղեկավար կազմի աշխատակիցների զգալի տոկոսը զբաղեցնում են կանայք. «Խորհրդի և վարչության կազմում ևս ներկայացված են կանայք, և սա շատ կարևոր է բիզնեսի համար ճիշտ և հավասարակշռված որոշումներ կայացնելու տեսանկյունից: Մենք լիարժեք հավասար պայմաններ ենք ստեղծում մեր աշխատակիցների համար նրանց աճի, զարգացման և մնացած չափանիշների շրջանակում», - ասում է Մհեր Աբրահամյանը։
Իդրամ ընկերության կողմից հայտարարագիրը ստորագրվեց ՄՌԿ ղեկավար Աստղիկ Զիլֆիմյանի կողմից։ «Իդրամի ղեկավար կազմի 50%-ը կազմում են կանայք․ կարծում եմ՝ սա լավագույն ցուցանիշներից է մեր պետության համար։ Մենք անում ենք ամեն բան, որ մեր ընկերությունում բացառվեն սեռով պայմանավորված կամ որևէ այլ տեսակի խտրականությունները», - ասում է Աստղիկ Զիլֆիմյանը։
Սկիզբ առնելով 2010թ․ «ՄԱԿ կանայք» կազմակերպության և ՄԱԿ-ի Գլոբալ պայմանագրի համատեղ ջանքերով՝ ԿՀՍ նախաձեռնությունը նպատակ ունի համայնքում, բիզնեսում և աշխատավայրում խթանել կանանց և աղջիկների հզորացումը՝ առանցքային սկզբունքները կյանքի կոչելու միջոցով։
