Հրազդանի կիրճում հայտնաբերվել է արյունոտված իրանցի տղամարդը, ով Mercedes-ում վիճաբանել է կնոջ հետ

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 7-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։
Ժամը 05:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկ Անդրանիկ Մարգարյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացել, որ Հրազդանի կիրճում Mercedes GL459 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի մեջ արյունոտված վիճակում քաղաքացի կա։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարեկները կարճ ժամանակում պարզում են, թե Հրազդանի կիրճի որ հատվածում է գտնվում Mercedes-ը ու այն հայտնաբերում են։
Որոշ ժամանակ անց «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժին, և հայտնում են, որ «պոլիտրավմա» ախտորոշմամբ 103 շտապօգնության 017 խումբը իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։
Հիվանդանոց է մեկնում Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի խումբը՝ անչափահասների գործերով տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ։
Արդեն տեղում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է հետազոտման փուլում ու ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու, սակայն մինչ նրան կհետազոտեին, նա հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքը ստացել է Հրազդանի կիրճում ավտոմեքենայից վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով։
Մալաթիայի ոստիկանները պարզել են որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը Երևանի բնակիչ, 38-ամյա Տաթևիկ Ն.-ն է։
Իսկ արդեն ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետի, և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 1-ին գումարտակում 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գնդի հրամանատար Անդրանիկ Իսախանյանի, գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Լևոն Մանուկյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Արամ Դադոյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Արտակ Սիրադեղյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Սուրեն Ալեքսանյանի գլխավորությամբ կարճ ժամանակում պարզել են, որ ժամը 03:00-ից 04:00 ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Տաթևիկ Ն.-ն եղել է Երևանի բնակիչ, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, 47-ամյա Դավիթ Ի-ի կողմից շահագործվող Mercedes GL450 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում։
Արդեն ավտոմեքենայում վիճաբանություն է առաջացել նրանց միջև, որի ժամանակ Դավիթ Ի.-ն հարվածել է Տաթևիկ Ն-ին, ապա վերջինս ավտոմեքենայում մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է Դավիթ Ի.-ի դեմքին, կրծքավանդակին, իսկ հետո ավտոկեքենայի դուռը բացել ու դուրս է եկել։ 2-ն էլ ստացել են մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Իսկ երբ պարեկ Ա. Մարգարյանն ու կրտսեր պարեկ Հ. Հովհաննիսյանը նկատել են Դավիթ Ի.-ին, նա փորձել է արդարանալ, թե ոչինչ չի եղել՝ «ես չեմ տուժել», սակայն դեմքին ու հագուստին արնանաման հետքեր են եղել։
Դավթի Ի.-ն տեղում ենթարկվել է սթափության փորձաքննության, եղել է ոչ սթափ՝ խմածության ամենաբարձր աստիճանի։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիայի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Մալաթիայի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Տաթևիկ Ն.-ն և Դավիթ Ի.-ն հայտնել են, որ իրենք ամուսիններ են։
Ավտոմեքենան քննիչի հանձնարարականով տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
