Ադրբեջանից բռնագաղթվածների աշխատանքային ստաժները սահմանող հանձնաժողովի գործունեության ժամկետը երկարաձգվեց

 ՀՀ կառավարությունը մինչ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը երկարաձգեց «1988-1992 թվականներին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունից բռնագաղթված անձանց աշխատանքային ստաժները սահմանող  հանձնաժողով»-ի գործունեության ժամկետը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, կառավարության նիստում ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանից  բռնագաղթված փախստականների մեծ մասը չունեն  աշխատանքային գրքույկներ, անգամ անձնագրեր և անձը հաստատող  այլ փաստաթղթեր, ինչը խնդիրներ էր առաջացնում կենսաթոշակ նշանակելու ժամանակ նրանց աշխատանքային ստաժը սահմանելու հարցում:

Խնդրին լուծում տալու նպատակով 2009 թվականից ստեղծվել է տվյալ հանձնաժողովը, որի գործունեության ժամկետ էր սահմանվել մինչ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: «2015-ի հունվարից մինչև հոկտեմբերի 25-ը ներառյալ ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ Միգրացիոն  պետական ծառայությունը ստացել է թվով 75 դիմում, կայացել է աշխատանքային ստաժ սահմանող հանձնաժողովի 7 նիստ,  բավարարվել է 62 դիմում, 13-ը մերժվել է տարբեր պատճառներով: Ընդհանուր առմամբ հանձնաժողովի գործունեության սկզբից` 2009 թ.-ից առ այսօր ծառայությունը ստացել է թվով 700  դիմում, կայացել է աշխատանքային ստաժ սահմանող հանձնաժողովի 68 նիստ, բավարարվել է 451 դիմում, մերժվել է 225-ը` տարբեր պատճառներով, 24  դիմումատու չեն ներկայացել  հանձնաժողովի նիստին»,- ասաց Երիցյանը:

Յուրաքանչյուր դիմումի առնչությամբ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով հարուցվում է վարչական վարույթ, ընդունվում որոշում և արդյունքների մասին տեղեկացվում  դիմողներին:

 «Բերված տվյալները փաստում են, որ հանձնաժողովը օգտակար գործունեություն է ծավալել հարյուրավոր փախստականների համար և որ նրանց կողմից ներկայացվող դիմումների հոսքը շարունակվում է: Հանձնաժողովի գործունեության չշարունակման դեպքում ապահովագրական ստաժի հաստատման  հարցեր ունեցող անձանց համար որպես տարբերակ կմնա միայն դատական եղանակով խնդրի լուծումը»,- ասված է նախագծի հիմնավորման մեջ:
