«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին «Գելափի» հրապարակած հերթական հարցման արդյունքները ուշագրավ վերլուծությունների առիթ են տալիս: Բացի այն, որ, ըստ այդ հարցումների, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վստահության ցուցանիշը խայտառակ ցածր է (8 տոկոս), կան նաև այլ՝ ոչ պակաս հետաքրքիր թվեր: Ի մասնավորի, տրվել է հարց, թե «Հետևյալ երկրներից որո՞նք են բարեկամ մեր երկրի համար (ում աջակցության վրա կարելի է հույս դնել դժվար պահերին), և որոնք՝ ոչ բարեկամական (որոնց հետ հարաբերությունները կոնֆլիկտային են և սպառնում են մեր երկրին): Ըստ հարցման` բարեկամ երկրների մեջ առաջին տեղում Ֆրանսիան է՝ 78,1 տոկոսով, երկրորդը Հնդկաստանն է՝ 68,5 տոկոսով, երրորդը՝ Իրանը՝ 57,8 տոկոսով:

Հասկանալի է, որ ոչ բարեկամ երկիր «անվանակարգում» անվիճելի առաջատարը Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն են՝ համապատասխանաբար 93,2 և 98,5 տոկոս: Հետաքրքիր է, որ Ռուսաստանին բարեկամ երկիր է համարել հարցվածների 29,7 տոկոսը, ոչ բարեկամ երկիր՝ 43 տոկոսը: Փորձագետների կարծիքով, այն, որ հակառուսական այս տոտալ արշավների ֆոնին Ռուսաստանին բարեկամ երկիր համարողների թիվը կարող էր նվազել, սպասելի էր, բայց նման ցածր ցուցանիշները բավական տարակուսելի են: Առավել ևս զարմանալի է, որ Ռուսաստանը հետ է ընկել, ասենք, Գերմանիայից, որը երբեք առանձնապես բարձր տեղերում չի եղել այդ ցուցանիշով և Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները, մեղմ ասած, համեմատելի չեն, ասենք, Վրաստանի, Իրանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և նույն Ռուսաստանի հետ: Մի խոսքով, կա տեսակետ, որ այս ցուցանիշները իրականությունը չեն արտացոլում, և Արևմուտքն իր «Գելափի» միջոցով պարզապես հակառուսականության ալիքի վրա համապատասխան թվեր է նկարել:

Սակայն կա հարցի մյուս կողմը. եթե «Գելափի» հարցումները վստահություն չեն ներշնչում, ապա ինչո՞ւ է Պետդեպը հանկարծ որոշել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար այդքան ցածր թիվ ցույց տալ (կրկնենք՝ 8 տոկոս): Այստեղ կարող է լինել մի քանի տարբերակ. նախ՝ չի բացառվում, որ իրական վարկանիշն ավելի ցածր է, և կարողացել են «ձգել» միայն մինչև 8 տոկոս: Երկրորդ՝ հնարավոր է՝ Արևմուտքին այլևս Փաշինյանը պետք չէ, և նրան «գահընկեց անելու» համար իրականությունն է պետք մատուցել: Սա քիչ հավանական է՝ հաշվի առնելով արևմտյան ֆինանսավորմամբ կառույցների ու անհատների՝ Փաշինյանին կրծքով պաշտպանելու ջանքերը, ինչպես նաև երեկվա «բոնուսային» խոստումները: Եվ երրորդ՝ ամենահավանական տարբերակը: Հնարավոր է՝ իրականությունն ի ցույց դնելով՝ Արևմուտքը ցանկանում է, այսպես ասած, ցույց տալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, թե ով է իրականում այժմ իր իշխանության երաշխավորը:
