Արմավիրում սպանության փորձ է եղել. հետախուզվող է հայտնաբերվել

Վաղարշապատի քրեական հետախույզները ստացած օպերատիվ տվյալն իրացրին ապրիլի 2-ին: Արարատի մարզի Ռանչպար գյուղի դաշտամիջյան ճանապարհին հայտնաբերվեց և ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին տեղափոխվեց անցած տարվա նոյեմբերի 22-ից սպանության փորձի և ապօրինի զենք կրելու մեղադրանքով հետախուզվող 30-ամյա տղամարդը:
Տուժած երիտասարդը, չնայած հրազենային վնասվածքին, չէր դիմել բուժօգնության, և կատարվածի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը նույնպես Վաղարշապատի ոստիկանները ստացել էին օպերատիվ ճանապարհով, դեպքից երկու օր անց` նոյեմբերի 8-ին: Ըստ տեղեկության` նոյեմբերի 6-ին, ժամը 19-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղի բնակիչ երկու եղբայր վիճաբանել էին Ապագա գյուղի բնակիչ երկու երիտասարդի հետ, և եղբայրներից մեկը իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիգով կրակահերթ էր արձակել «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի և հավաքված մարդկանց ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից մեկը ոտքի հատվածում ստացել էր հրազենային վնասվածք:
Այս օպերատիվ տեղեկությունն իրացնելիս Վաղարշապատի քրեական հետախույզները պարզեցին, որ նոյեմբերի 6-ին Ապագա գյուղի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը նախապատմություն ուներ: Նախորդ օրը, ժամը 16-ի սահմաններում, Ապագա գյուղի մոտակայքում «Ֆորդ» մակնիշի մեքենայի 30-ամյա վարորդն ու նրա հասակակից ուղևորը ճանապարհը չզիջելու շուրջ վիճաբանել էին «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի մեքենայի 53-ամյա վարորդի հետ: Հնչել էին հայհոյանքներ, միմյանց քաշքշել էին: Միջադեպին ներկա են եղել նաև վարորդի կինն ու նրա քույրը: Այնուհետև 53-ամյա տղամարդը վեճի մասին հայտնել էր որդիներին, որոնք էլ, նախապես պայմանավորվելով, հաջորդ օրը մեկնել էին պարզաբանումների: Այդ պարզաբանումների ընթացքում էլ 30-ամյա եղբայրը կրակահերթ էր արձակել ինքնաձիգից:
Նոյեմբերի 15-ին 30-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ հարուցվել էր հանրային քրեական հետապնդում` սպանության փորձի և ապօրինի զենք կրելու մեղադրաքով, խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանքը, իսկ նոյեմբերի 22-ին հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում:
Ապրիլի 2-ին Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնից նա տեղափոխվել է քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
