Ինչ է քննարկվելու ՀՀ-ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ հանդիպմանը. մանրամասնում է ԱԽ քարտուղարը

Շատերն այս իրադարձության շուրջ այնպիսի պատումներ են ստեղծել՝ ընդհուպ անվտանգության պակտի ստորագրում, որոնք ընդհանրապես չեն համատասխանում իրականությանը։ Այս մասին այսօր Հանրային ՀԸ-ի եթերում ասաց Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը՝ խոսելով վաղը Բրյուսելում կայանալիք՝ Փաշինյան-Բլինքեն-Ֆոն դեր Լայեն հանդիպման ակնկալիքների մասին:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշեց. ՛՛Սա Գրանադայում կայացած՝ Փաշինյան-Ֆոն դեր Լայեն հանդիպման շարունակությունն է, և Գրանադայի հայտարարության մեջ նշված էր, որ Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահը կաշխատի ԱՄՆ-ի հետ՝ Հայաստանին աջակցելու ջանքերը մեկտեղելու համար՛՛։
Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ Հայաստան-ԵՄ և Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունները վերջերս բազմաթիվ փոփոխություններ են կրել, և այժմ նման հանդիպում է կայանում առաջնորդների մակարդակով, որպեսզի տնտեսության մասով քննարկված օրակարգային հարցերը մղվեն առաջ, ինչն էլ հիմնական նպատակն է։
՛՛Մենք ցանկանում ենք հասանելիություն ստանալ տեխնոլոգիաների և շուկաների թե՛ ԵՄ տարածքում, թե՛ ԱՄՆ շուկայում, մեր նպատակն է առաջ մղել այս օրակարգերը։ Մի շարք հարցեր մինչ այս էլ քննարկվել են, կան նաև օրակարգային նոր հարցեր, որոնք քննարկվելու են Բրյուսելում։ Սա մի իրադարձություն է, որն իսկապես փոխելու է մեր հարաբերությունները թե՛ ԵՄ-ի, թե՛ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, բայց սա շարունակական գործընթաց է։ Մենք, բնականաբար, տնային մեծ աշխատանք ունենք այս հարաբերությունների զարգացման ուղղությամբ, ԵՄ-ն ու ԱՄՆ-ն էլ իրենց բաժին աշխատանքն ունեն անելու, որպեսզի կարողանանք առաջ գնալ՛՛,-նշեց Գրիգորյանը և հավելեց, որ օրակարգում է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված փախստականներին օգնելու, նրանց կարիքները հոգալու հարցը:
ԱԽ քարտուղարը նշեց, որ, ելնելով օբյեկտիվ պատճառներից, Հայաստանը երկար ժամանակ հասանելիություն չի ունեցել արևմտյան տեխնոլոգիաներին, և այժմ քննարկվում են այդ հարցը լուծելու հնարավորությունները։
՛՛Ինտենսիվ օրակարգ ունենք ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, որպեսզի Հայաստանը փոխի իր դիրքը տեխնոլոգիական հնարավորությունների առումով: Սա Բրյուսելի հանդիպման օրակարգային հարցերից է, և ինտենսիվ աշխատելու ենք այս ուղղությամբ՛՛,-նշեց նա։
Գրիգորյանն անդրադարձավ նաև Բրյուսելում սպասվող հանդիպման վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանից և Ռուսաստանից հնչող քննադատություններին և ասաց, որ այդ հանդիպմանը միայն տնտեսական, ՀՀ-ԵՄ, ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ հարաբերություններին առնչվող հարցեր են քննարկվելու, և թե Ռուսաստանին, Ադրբեջանին, հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններին վերաբերող թեմաներ։
